Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit a spray to be emitted selectively in a direction and make the cleaning of the inside of the water vessel easier by mounting a blowoff cylinder on a water vessel in a freely detachable manner and by covering an air-sending cylinder with a spray-guiding cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A blowoff cylinder 7 has the lower part inserted into a water vessel 3 through an insertion opening formed in a lid. An air-sending cylinder 13, having an air outlet 13A opened in the upper part, is erected from a bottom wall of the water vessel 3 and through the water vessel 3. At a bottom wall of the water vessel 3 is placed an ultrasonic vibrator 14, which takes a slanting position looking to the interior of the blowoff cylinder 7. The spray generated by the ultrasonic vibrator 14 and the air discharged through an air vent 13A are sent upward in the blowoff cylinder 7 placed over the water vessel 3 by a spray-guiding cylinder 15. The spray- guding cylinder 15, inserted into the water vessel 3 through an insertion opening formed in a lid, encloses the air-sending cylinder 13 and covers the ultrasonic vibrator 14 from an upper position. The foot of the spray-guiding cylinder 15, over which is fitted the blowoff cylinder 7, is provided with integrally made steps 15B, 15C so that the lower end of the blowoff cylinder 7 is fitted on the stepped foot. A drain board 16 is set down the bottom wall 3A between the air-sending cylinder 13 and the ultrasonic vibrator 14.

(B) Conventional technology A conventional ultrasonic humidifier is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 6'3-2542.
As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 6, a humidifier is known in which a mist outlet is integrally formed on the upper side of the humidifier body. This has the advantage of being compact in packaging because the mist outlet does not protrude upward from the humidifier body.

<2) Means for Solving the Problems This invention includes a water tank that has an ultrasonic vibrator at the bottom and an opening at the top, and a water tank that is penetrated vertically through the tank and has an air outlet facing above the tank. The structure includes a blower tube, a mist guide tube inserted into a water tank through an opening so as to cover the blower tube and the ultrasonic vibrator, an air outlet in the upper part, and a water tank in the lower part through the opening.

(*) Function With this configuration, the blow-off pipe can be attached to and removed from the water tank, so it is possible to change the direction of the blow-off port and select the direction in which the mist is blown out. Furthermore, since the blower tube is covered by the conductive tube, there is no fear that water droplets attached to the blower tube will enter the blower tube from the blower outlet when changing the direction of the blower outlet. Furthermore, since the blow-off tube and the conductive tube are detachable, the inside of the water tank, especially the ultrasonic vibrator, can be easily cleaned.

By forming a stepped part at the bottom of the conductive tube that comes into contact with the bottom of the blowout tube, even if the conductive tube is installed at an angle, the conductive tube can be placed in the correct position by pushing the blowout tube into the water tank. It can be regulated.

As shown in FIG. 1, the blow-off cylinder (7) has a lower part (7A) inserted into the water tank (3) through the insertion opening (9) of the lid (5). When inserting the ridges (7B) (7B) and the insertion slot (
The notches (9A) (9A) (9A) in 9) restrict the air outlet (6) to face in two directions: forward or left, and the air outlet (6) faces the water tank (8) side. There is no need to worry about being pointed at the wrong person. A blower tube (13) vertically penetrating the water tank (3) is erected on the bottom wall (3A) of the water tank (3), and a blower port (13A) is provided at the top of the blower tube (13). This blower tube (13) discharges air sent by a blower (not shown) in the machine room (4) into the atomization tube (7A) from the blower port (13A). In addition, an ultrasonic vibrator (14) is mounted on the bottom wall of the water tank (3).

It surrounds the blower tube (13) and also includes an ultrasonic vibrator (1).
4) Covers the upper part. The conductive tube (15) has an air outlet (
A partition <15A> is provided so as to block the front side of 13A). This partition (15A) is to smoothly guide the falling water from the water column (16) to the water surface and to prevent the falling water from entering the air outlet (13A). It also serves as a blower guide that directs the discharged air near the water surface. In addition, a conductive cylinder (15
) is a blow-out tube (7) fitted externally to the guide tube (15).
) The step portions (15B) and (15C) that come into contact with the lower end portions are formed as a negative body. Also, the ventilation f! A drain plate (16) is installed on the bottom wall (3A) between I (13) and the ultrasonic transducer (14).

This is to prevent the water droplets from falling on the vibrator unit (17) and other electrical components when the fog grows and becomes water droplets inside the vibrator unit (17). It has a large height dimension, and the transducer unit (7)
It can also be used for positioning.

For mounting the switch, the metal fitting (19) is in a plan view, and for the installation of the transformer (20), it also serves as a metal fitting. In this way, by installing the transformer (20) with the flange (20A) vertically, the machine room of the transformer (20) ( 4) requires less installation space. In addition, the heat dissipation of the transformer (20) is improved, and the mounting bracket (19) also serves as a magnetic shield plate, allowing the transformer (20)
There is no need to worry about the magnetic field having a negative effect on other electrical components.
