(Prior art) Conventionally, as shown in Figure 8, the foundation of a building is made of concrete with ventilation holes formed here and there, but when this is done, two templates are placed parallel to each other. Then, concrete is poured into both templates with concave frames attached to the templates at locations corresponding to the ventilation holes A. Therefore, a prescribed foundation can be formed by removing the template when the concrete has hardened, but when the template is removed, the surfaces of the side walls of the foundation and the ventilation holes are rough and have uneven surfaces. It is normal for this to happen. This is because concrete is difficult to flow to every corner, and cavities are particularly likely to form around mixed stone blocks. To repair these, finishing mortar is applied to the outside walls. The same goes for the surface of the ventilation hole A, which has an uneven surface and has large variations in dimensions. In order to insert and attach ventilation equipment to the ventilation hole A, it is necessary to Repairs and surface finishing are required, which requires a large amount of man-hours. Conventionally, grid-shaped iron plates or plastic plates are used for the ventilation holes provided in the foundation, and it is not that troublesome to install, but the above-mentioned grid-shaped iron plates prevent air from entering and exiting all year round. However, depending on the temperature changes throughout the four seasons,
If the ventilation equipment is capable of opening and closing, it cannot be installed forcibly, and the ventilation hole A needs to have predetermined dimensions and a well-finished surface.

(Problems to be solved by the present invention) As described above, the ventilation holes provided in conventional foundations made of concrete have uneven surfaces and low dimensional accuracy, making it difficult to attach ventilation equipment to the ventilation holes. It takes a lot of man-hours and is troublesome to do so.

(Means to solve the problem) Even if ventilation holes are constructed using conventional construction methods, it is necessary to form ventilation holes with accurate dimensional accuracy and surface roughness due to poor concrete flow and shrinkage due to concrete hardening. That is difficult. Therefore, the present invention uses a ventilation hole frame that satisfies the dimensions to which ventilation equipment should be attached and the condition of the finished surface. The ventilation hole frame is a reinforced cement molded product whose main component is cement, glass fiber, etc., and the ventilation hole frame molded into a predetermined shape is attached to a previously roughly shaped ventilation hole with mortar. The ventilation hole frame does not require any modification when installing ventilation equipment, and can be easily installed. By the way, the ventilation hole frame to which the ventilation equipment is attached is a substantially rectangular frame with walls on the top and bottom sides and on the left and right sides, and has the following individual characteristics in terms of its shape.

(1) In order to drain rainwater entering from the outside to the outside, the lower edge of the ventilation hole frame is slightly sloped outward when attached to the foundation, forming a tip that protrudes somewhat from the front. The lower part of the tip has a notch that forms a parting part of the mortar wall that is applied as a finishing surface to the front surface of the foundation to which the ventilation hole frame is attached.

(2) Due to the slope of the lower side, it is easy to separate from the foundation, but in order to prevent such separation, a groove is formed on the lower side, and a groove is formed inside the mounting groove of the roughly shaped ventilation hole frame. The mortar applied to the foundation penetrates into the groove and plays a role in preventing it from separating from the foundation.

(3) The ventilation hole frame according to the present invention can be used as a ventilation hole in the foundation of a conventional general house or other building, but if the side wall of the house is composed of an inner wall and an outer wall, and the space between these two walls is In the case of an air-circulating house, which keeps the indoor temperature comfortable throughout the year by circulating air through the walls, it is necessary to have air flow between the floor and the above-mentioned walls, and an air circulation groove is installed between the foundation and the foundation. A gap forming plate with a Therefore, in order to position the end of the gap forming plate on the ventilation hole frame and conversely function as an upper side stopper of the ventilation hole frame, a locking edge is formed to protrude upward. .

(4) Further, a collar is provided on the inner circumferential surface to which the ventilation equipment is attached, and the lining piece of the ventilation equipment is fixed to the collar with screws or the like.

By the way, the ventilation equipment here is not particularly limited, and if it is for general housing, it may be an open type.
In the summer, the ventilation hole must be opened to allow air to flow from under the floor through the side walls to the attic ventilation hole, and in the winter, the ventilation hole must be closed to block air flow to the outside.
A type that opens and closes is used.

(Example) Figures 1 to 4 show one form of the ventilation hole frame (hereinafter abbreviated as frame) according to the present invention. A collar 2 is formed around the entire circumference, and screw holes 3 are provided on both left and right sides of the collar 2. The screw throat 3 is a hole for fixing ventilation equipment attached to the front surface 4 of the collar 2,
A screw (not shown) is screwed together. As shown in FIG. 4, the B-B cross section in FIG. Also, it hangs down from the bottom surface 8 of the lower side 5. A small notch 9 is formed on the lower inner side of the tip 7 to serve as a separation for the mortar wall applied to the outer surface of the foundation as a finished surface, and a groove is provided on the bottom surface 8. 10,10...
...is established. On the other hand, the upper side 11 is perpendicular to the front face 6 without being inclined, but the end face 12
A locking edge 13 is formed to protrude upward. The locking edge 13 and the groove 10 are not continuous over the entire length, but may be partial in view of their functions, and the part where the collar 2 for attaching the ventilation equipment is formed also faces the back surface 14. There's no need to be there. By the way, as shown in FIG.
After applying 7 and positioning at the specified position,
By hardening the mortar 17, the frame is fixed to the foundation 15.

In this way, No. 6 shows a partial cross section when a building is constructed on the foundation 15 to which the frame is attached.
That is, FIG. 6 is an enlarged sectional view of section C in FIG. 7 showing a part of the air circulation type house. In the figure, the frame is fixed to the foundation 15 via mortar 17, and the tip 7 of the lower side 5 is fixed to the foundation 15 through mortar 17.
It protrudes from the front surface of the tip 5, and the front surface is finished by applying mortar 18 using the notch 9 formed in the tip 7 as a reference, and functions as a separating surface from the tip 7. On the other hand, a gap forming plate 19 is placed on the upper side 11 with the locking edge 13 as a reference, and a base 20 is placed on top of the gap forming plate 19.
is installed, and between the inner wall and outer wall 21, which are built based on the foundation 20, a board 22 with heat insulation and ventilation functions, which forms a groove for air circulation, is installed on a horizontal rail 23. But it's fixed. In this way, a predetermined ventilation device 25 is attached to the ventilation hole 24 of the frame attached to the foundation 15 via the collar 2, as shown in FIG.

(2) In addition, the lower side 5 of the ventilation hole frame is slightly inclined at an inclination angle θ to improve water drainage, and the groove 10 is connected to the mortar 17 to form the base 15 of the ventilation hole frame. In addition, the protrusion 7 on the lower side 5 prevents rainwater from entering the foundation 15 and the mortar wall applied to the front of the foundation.
The locking edge 13 formed on the upper side acts as a positioner for the gap forming plate 19, etc.
It also has effects other than convenience in mounting.
