部を切除し、内部損失の大きい異質材を充填する
構造もあつたが、この構造では外観品位の低下、
平面振動板の製造工程における工数増加によるコ
ストアツプ、平面振動板の中心部の面剛性低下の
ため高域再生周波数帯域の低下などの問題があつ
た。

発明の構成 前記目的を達成するために本発明は、磁気回路

を取付け、この平面振動板に上記磁気回路の磁気
ギヤツプにはまりこむボイスコイルを結合する構
成とし、この構成とすることにより平面振動板の
強度及び外観品位を劣化させずに簡易な構成で音
圧周波数特性の平坦化を計ることができる。

なお平面スピーカの構成としては第1図に示した
ものと実質的に同一であるため、ここでは本発明
の特徴とする平面振動板についてのみ説明する。
第3図は本発明の平面スピーカの平面振動板の構
造を示したものである。すなわち、ハニカム構造
のコア材9aの中心部9bを抜き型を用いて一度
切断し、その後切断されたコア材9aの中心部9
bを元の位置にはめこむことによつてコア材9a
を構成し、アルミスキン材9c,9dを上下に貼
着することによつて平面振動板9を形成した。こ
の場合、コア材9aの中心部9bの挿入時にコア
材9aと中心部9bの位置がずれても影響はな
い。同様に第4図に示した形状についても同じ方
法で振動板を形成した。第4図において、aは円
形のコア材9aの中心部9bを円形に切断した例
であり、以下bは丸形のコア材9aの中心部9b
を方形状に、cは円形のコア材9aの中心部9b
を楕円形に、dは方形状のコア材9aの中心部9
bを方形に、eはdにおける中心部9bの切断を

の中心部9bの切断の径または寸法は平面振動板
9の外径または外形寸法に対して15%から35%の
径または寸法である時、著しい効果があつた。こ
れは平面振動板9のコア材9aの中心部9bを切
断することにより、音軸の中心部付近に適度なコ
ンプライアンスが与えられることになり、このコ
ンプライアンスが高域での中心部の異常共振を打
ち消す逆共振を起こしていた。さらに中心部に平
面振動板9の重量と独立したコア材9aの中心部
9bのみの重量が存在することになり、平面スピ
ーカの平面振動板9の振幅に対して損失を与えて
おり、この部分の分割振動が抑制されることにな
る。同様な実験をコア材9aの切断部を不連続と
したものに関して行つた。第5図はこの実施例を
示したもので、a,b,cは円形のコア材9aの
中心部9bをそれぞれ円弧上に4点を、円弧上に
2点を、方形状に4点を非切断部として残して不
連続としたもの、d,e,fは方形状のコア材9
aの中心部9bをそれぞれ楕円状に2点を、円弧
上に4点を、方形状に4点の非切断部を残して不
連続としたもの、g,h,iは周縁部を直線と円
弧の連続形状としたコア材9aの中心部9bをそ
れぞれ方形状に4点を、円弧上に4点を楕円状に
2点の非切断部を残して不連続としたものであ
り、残りの部分を貫通させたものである。この場
合、不連続部分が30%以下であるとき著しい効果
があつた。さらに、切断部がコア材9aの厚み方
向の一部としたものに関しても同様な実験を行つ
た。第6図はこの実施例を示したもので、aはコ
ア材9aの正面図、b,cはコア材9aの断面図
を示している。bは厚さ方向の一方から切り込み
