て回動可能に設けられた回動片と、 前記メモ台もしくは前記回動片に設けられ、回
動片もしくはメモ台に設けられた軸受部へ嵌合し
てメモ台と回動片を連結すると共にメモ台が回動
片に対して回動可能にするための回動軸と、 前記回動片及び前記メモ台へ設けられ、少くと
も回動片が前記取出し位置に位置した際に、メモ
台が前記回動軸を中心に水平位置から垂直位置の
間に亘つて回動するよう回動量を規制する規制手
段と、 前記メモ台もしくは回動片の外壁面上に設けら
れ、メモ台が前記垂直位置に位置した際には回動
片もしくはメモ台の対応する外壁面を押圧してメ
モ台の姿勢を保持するための板バネとを具備する
