しを入れ、容器空間部を窒素ガス、および／また
は炭酸ガスにて置換し密封することを特徴とする
減塩梅干し包装体。 ３ ガスバリヤー性樹脂からなる容器に減塩梅干
しを入れ、脱酸素剤を収納し、容器空間部を窒素
ガス、および／または炭酸ガスにて置換し密封す
ることを特徴とする減塩梅干し包装体。 ４ ガスバリヤー性樹脂が高ニトリル系樹脂であ
る請求項１〜３のいずれかに記載の減塩梅干し包
装体。 ５ 高ニトリル系樹脂が５０重量％以上の不飽和
ニトリル単量体を含有するものである請求項１〜
