の磁気異方性部と、これら磁気異方性部における
透磁率の変化を検出するコイル部と、コイル部を
磁気異方性部に対応した位置に支持するコイル支
持部とを具備してなり、磁気異方性部を含むトル
ク伝達軸、コイル部およびコイ支持部に表面保護
層が形成されていることを特徴とするトルク測定
