防止装置に於いて、ケーシングＫを区隔壁９によ
つて熱交換器１を収容する第１空室とバルブユニ
ツトＢを収容する第２空室とに区画し、前記第１
空室には検知部の温度が設定温度以下に降下した
状態で第１ヒータ３２，３２への電気回路を導通
状態とする第１検知器４２を、又、第２空室には
検知部の温度が設定温度以下に降下した状態で第
２ヒータ３３，３３への電気回路を導通状態とす
る第２検知器４３を、それぞれ配設し、これら第
１，２検知器の設定温度を水の凍結温度近傍の高
