Traditionally, when forming a decorative surface such as a floor that has a curved pattern so that the joints do not run straight in the vertical and horizontal directions, the rectangular floorboards that make up the decorative surface are placed one by one on the base. Since the pasting method was used, construction was time-consuming, and
In order to obtain a curved pattern, each floorboard that makes up the floor must be positioned in advance so that it forms a pattern and then adhered to the base. If the position of each floorboard shifts even slightly, the dimensions will not match and joints will form. It creates open areas that are unsightly, and when it is attached to the base, the adhesive seeps into the joints, spoiling the appearance.

The present invention was made in order to eliminate such conventional drawbacks, and involves connecting a plurality of rectangular bodies with their long sides in contact with each other, and changing the connecting position to the long side by the length of the short side of the rectangular body. The present invention provides a building board that is integrally constructed by being sequentially shifted in the direction.

A building board A is constructed by connecting a plurality of rectangular bodies 1 with their long sides a in contact, and sequentially shifting the connecting positions in the long side direction by the length e of the short side b, thereby forming a building board A. . To connect the rectangular bodies 1, as shown in FIG. 3, a string-like connecting body 6 such as a wire is diagonally embedded in the surface of each rectangular body 1, or by gluing as shown in FIG. It may be formed by embedding the agent 7 to partially connect them and make them easier to bend, or it may be possible to connect the whole by pasting a substrate such as plywood or a sheet-like material such as a plastic sheet on the entire back surface. .
Note that the number of rectangular bodies 1 to be connected is not particularly limited to two or more, but when the dimensions of the rectangular body 1 are 50 x 300 mm, it is desirable to have about 4 to 6 pieces for ease of handling.

As described above, the present invention has a structure in which a plurality of rectangular bodies are integrally connected by touching each other on their long sides, and the connecting positions are sequentially shifted in the long side direction by the length of the short sides of the rectangular bodies. Since this relates to building boards made of The rectangular bodies that make up a building board are now always joined orthogonally to the rectangular bodies of adjacent building boards, making it possible to create decorative patterns without having to position each rectangular body one by one as in the past. It is possible to construct floors with high precision in a short time, and the corners of rooms and hallways can be easily secured by simply arranging the building boards so that they are perpendicular to each other, as shown in Figure 6. There are things you can do.

In addition, in the present invention, if the periphery of the rectangular body constituting the building board is cut for joining, and the male and female parts are joined by fitting, the building board can be fixed even if the base is uneven. A beautiful finish is achieved without the board surface or joint surface becoming uneven or the adhesive seeping out from the joint. Furthermore, when the rectangular bodies that make up the building boards are made of laminated thin sheets, they do not warp even under the influence of humidity, so they are fully bonded to the base and there is no risk of peeling or floor rumbling. ,or,
Stable building boards are obtained that do not expand or contract due to the effects of humidity, so there are no gaps due to dimensional errors, and there is no accumulation of dirt or dust, resulting in a hygienic and beautiful joint area.
Furthermore, since the lifting of the building board at the joint due to the extension of the building board is prevented, there is no risk of the legs getting caught on the end of the building board and causing damage when the table or chair is moved. Furthermore, if a wooden board treated with synthetic resin injection is provided on at least the surface layer of each rectangular body constituting the building board, it has excellent abrasion resistance, stain resistance, and water resistance, and when tables and chairs are placed on it, It will not be dented or damaged by the pressure of the legs, and even if it gets dirty, it can be easily wiped off. Also, since it hardly absorbs water from the surface side, it is resistant to rot, and the surface grain pattern etc. It is possible to obtain building boards with excellent durability by always maintaining the decorative surface in good condition, and the top corner portions do not become damaged during transportation, handling, or construction.
It has many excellent properties as a building board for flooring and other materials, such as strengthened joints.
