  1. 回転駆動装置により駆動される回転軸に装着さ
    れたデイスクを収容した容器、この容器の上記回
    転軸近傍に設けられた外気流入用の流入口、上記
    容器の上記デイスクの外周部近傍に設けられ上記
    外気が上記デイスクの表面近傍を経て流出する流
    出口及び上記流入口に設けられた除湿手段を備え
    たデイスク装置。
