出手段によつてテープに映像信号が記録されてい
ないことが検出されている期間、テープを早送り
して早送り再生モードとするか又はミユート映像
信号を再生映像処理系に出力するテープ走行制御
又はミユート出力手段とを具備したことを特徴と
