排気ガスの再循環量を制御する排気ガス流量制御
弁であつて、排気ガスが流通する流通路と、前記
流通路を開閉する弁体と、前記弁体を開閉駆動す
る駆動手段とを備え、前記駆動手段は、前記流通
路に対して不可動状態に設けられた固定コイルと
、前記弁体に結合して設けられ前記固定コイルに
より駆動されて前記弁体と共に運動する可動磁石
とからなることを特徴とする排気ガス流量制御弁

記付勢手段の付勢力を調整する調整手段とを備え
