のスペーサ、２１及び２９は通しボルト、２２は
振動板、２３は弾性板、２４は圧電素子、２７は
ブツシユである。

- 内部にピストンが配設されたポンプ本体と、こ
のポンプ本体に通しボルトで固定されて複数段積
層された環状のスペーサと、これらスペーサによ
つて外周部が挟持保持された円形の弾性板に圧電
素子を取付けてなる複数個の振動板と、これら振
動板の中心部を互いに挟持するように複数個積層
されて前記ピストンに通しボルトで固定されたブ
ツシユとを具備してなる圧電駆動形ポンプ装置。
