くように、円錐形状の噴流内部の圧力を低下させるよう
にするものである。この内部の圧力を低下させる手段と
しては、噴射水の流れのもつエネルギーを使用しており
、噴出端部より上流に絞り部を設け、この部分と前述の
円錐形状の噴流内部とを連通させる
