わけにはいかず、赤字覚悟で乾燥処理していたの
が実情である。

は、鶏糞等の有機排棄物(以下に鶏糞という)の
跳ね返りを防ぐために径の中心に向かう鍔部2b
を設けても差支えない。又、両端を開口した外筒
3は複数本の支杆11により、前記内筒2の炉1
からの突出部分を同心的に固定する。該外筒3の
先端は前記内筒2の先端よりも突出させ、前記内
筒2の内部がその先端において、外筒3と内筒2
との間隙部10に連通するようにする。該外筒3
の先端部には、径の中心に向かう鍔部3bを設
け、該鍔部と一体に両端を開口した突出筒3′を
前記外筒3と同心的に設ける。又、該内筒2及び
外筒3の内壁には鶏糞を前方に送る複数枚の斜板
2a,3a,3a′を取付ける。尚斜板2aと3a
とは互いに逆方向へ鶏糞を移動するため、その取
付け角度は対称となる。14は鉄製の駆動ローラ
ーで、外筒3の外周に沿つて複数個設けた鉄製タ
イヤ13を介して外筒3を支えると共に、外筒3

る(第4図参照)。前記間隙部10と炉1内へ連
通する炉1における開口部1aは図示の如く乾燥
鶏糞が炉1内へ落下し易くするため、傾斜状とす
るとよい。又前記外筒3の基端部付近には、乾燥
有機排棄物取出し用の開口部9を外筒の円周方向
に対し部分的にかつ複数個設ける。4は鶏糞投入
用のホツパーで、該ホツパー4の下底にはスクリ
ユーコンベアー5を装置し、その出口部を内筒2
内に開口させる。6は火口部を内筒2内に開口さ
せたガスバーナー、12は遮蔽板である。前記外
筒3の先端突出筒3′の先端部には、該突出筒
3′が回転自在に挿通した吸引筒15を設け、パ
イプ22により、サイクロン16、熱交換機1
7、ブロワー18、シヤワー19及び煙突20へ
と連通するようにする。尚、前記エアー噴出管7
にはエアー供給源として、送風機21を設ける
か、熱交換機17より吸引機24により、パイプ
23を用いて該エアー噴出管7にエアーを供給す
るのである。又、前記擂り鉢状の灰取出装置8の
下部には灰取出口8bを設け、スクリユーコンベ
アー8aを備えて灰を取出すようにする。尚、ス
クリユーコンベアー8aを備えずに棒等で掻き出
す構成にしても差支えない。M1はスクリユーコ
ンベアー5の駆動機構、M2は鉄製ローラー14
の駆動機構、M3は乾燥鶏糞取出器9におけるス
クリユーコンベアー9bの駆動機構、M4は灰取
出口8bにおけるスクリユーコンベアー8aの駆
動機構を夫々示す。

a′により前記内筒2内とは逆方向に送られる。外
筒3の基端部に達した鶏糞は、外筒3の回転に伴
ない開口部9が真下に来ると毎に、該開口部9か
ら一部落下し、外部へ取出される。しかし該開口
部9が真下に来ない時、鶏糞は、前記傾斜面1b
上を滑り落ちて炉1内へ落下することになる。炉
1内に落下した鶏糞は既に十分分乾燥されている
ため、容易に燃焼する。そして順次炉1内に乾燥
鶏糞が落下してくるので、炉1内では乾燥鶏糞を
燃料とした燃焼が続き、放散される熱により炉1
内に挿通している内筒2を直接熱すると共に、前
記間隙部10にも熱風が及ぶのである。前記ガス
バーナー6からの熱は内筒2内を吹き抜け、炉1
からの熱は間隙部10を吹き抜けて、夫々臭気と
共に吸引筒15を経てパイプ22によりサイクロ
ン16、熱交換機17、ブロワー18、シヤワー
19を通過し、排気として煙突20より放散され
る。又炉1内に溜つた灰については定期的に前記
灰取出口8bより灰を取り出すのである。

有機排棄物の乾燥を行なうことができる。従つて
ガスバーナー6の放熱を弱めた分の燃料(重油
等)の節減が可能となるのである。更に乾燥した
有機排棄物を燃料として利用することもでき、石
油価格高騰の現今においては、本発明が鶏糞業界
をはじめ、各業界にもたらす価値は多大である。
