とし、組立を簡易化したものである。

子の夫々の極金具はハンマーによる打撃と共に
発生する高電圧をアースする必要があり、このた
め実公昭53−18857号公報及び実公昭55−773号公
報に示すように、絶縁ケースに圧電素子挿入孔と
平行なアース孔を設け、これにアースばねを挿入
している。

共にそのモールドの外周に係止突条を一体に形成
し、更にそのモールドの外周にアース板を当てて
その両端を前記極金具に接続した圧電素子ユニ
ツトとし、ハンマーを摺動可能に設けた絶縁ケー
スの尾端側には圧電素子ユニツト挿入孔とその挿
入孔の内周に前記係止突条に嵌合する凹溝を形成
し、それ等の挿入孔等に前記圧電素子ユニツトを
回転不可に、かつ該ユニツトの極端子板の接続
部が絶縁ケースの側腹に設けられたリード線挿入
孔に位置するように挿入すると共に前記絶縁ケー
スの尾端に螺合するカツプ形金属ブロツクを、前
記ユニツトの一方の極金具に圧接することによ
り圧電素子ユニツトを絶縁ケースに固定してな
り、二個の圧電素子等をアース板により、ユニツ
トにして置いて、組立の簡易化を実現したもので
ある。

ばよいから、ピエゾライターの当該部分の構成の
構造的な纏まりを良くし、組立て製作を簡易にし
て、その製造コストを低減化することができる
他、本考案では更に絶縁ケースの内周に凹溝を形
成し、圧電素子ユニツトの外周に前記凹溝に回転
不可に嵌合する係止突条を設けたから、絶縁ケー
スの尾端に金属ブロツクを螺合した際に圧電素子
ユニツトが回動変位して、その極端子板の接続
部が絶縁ケースの側腹に設けられたリード線挿入
孔よりズレるようなことはなく、リード線を極
端子板の接続部に確実に接続することができる効
果もある。
