は外装ケース、１１はストツパー壁、１２は拡径
部、１３は熱硬化性樹脂である。

Claims (1)

なるチツプ形電解コンデンサにおいて、 上記外装ケースは、一端が上記アルミニウム電
解コンデンサの金属ケースを挿入し得るように開
放されており、その他端側には同金属ケースの封
口部に対向するストツパー壁が設けられていると
ともに、同他端側に上記封口部との間において所
定の空隙を形成する拡径部を有する筒状体からな
り、上記アルミニウム電解コンデンサは、その封
口部が上記ストツパー壁に当接するように上記外
装ケースの一端から同ケース内に挿入され、上記
拡径部内には、熱硬化性樹脂が充填されているこ
とを特徴とするチツプ形電解コンデンサ。 (2) リード同一方向形アルミニウム電解コンデ
ンサを合成樹脂からなる外装ケース内に収納して
なるチツプ形電解コンデンサにおいて、 上記外装ケースは、一端が上記アルミニウム電
解コンデンサの金属ケースを挿入し得るように開
放されているとともに、その他端には同金属ケー
スの封口部に対向するストツパー壁が設けられて
た筒状体からなり、上記アルミニウム電解コンデ
ンサは、その封口部が上記ストツパー壁に当接す
るように上記外装ケースの一端から同ケース内に
挿入され、上記ストツパー壁の上部には、熱硬化
性樹脂が上記封口部を覆うように設けられている
ことを特徴とするチツプ形電解コンデンサ。 (3) 上記アルミニウム電解コンデンサの各リー
ドは、上記ストツパー壁およびそれに連なる外装
ケース側面に沿つてほぼＬ字状に折り曲げられて
いる請求項１または２記載のチツプ形電解コンデ
ンサ。 (4) 上記外装ケースの内軸長は、上記金属ケー
スの軸長とほぼ等しくされている請求項１または
