Claims (1)
シリンダ内に膨張空間と該膨張空間に蓄熱体を介
して連通される圧縮空間を形成するピストンと、
該ピストンを前記各空間の容積が減少及び増大を
繰り返すように前記シリンダ内を往復動させる駆
動手段と、前記膨張空間の容積の減少時及び増大
時に前記駆動手段と同期して夫々、圧縮機の吐出
口及び吸入口に前記圧縮空間を連通させる弁機構
とを備えた極低温冷凍機において、前記駆動手段
を回転運動をピストンの軸方向の運動に変換する
変換手段と、該変換手段に固設される回転板、該
回転板にその一端面を押圧される弾性体及び該弾
性体の他端面に固設された電歪素子から成り、該
電歪素子に電圧を印加することにより前記弾性体
に振動を与えて前記弾性体に弾性波を発生させ、
該弾性波により前記弾性体と前記回転板との摩擦
力で前記回転板を回転させる回転手段とにより構
