本考案は小型汎用２サイクルエンジンのエンジ

エンジンの軽量化のためエンジンカバー１の樹

に伝導し、キヤブレター４の温度が上昇し、パー
コレーシヨンを起すため、再始動ができない不具

本考案のエンジンカバーは、樹脂製のエンジン

より直接取付け、該エンジンカバーによりシリン
ダ、マフラ等を覆うように構成した２サイクル汎
用エンジンにおいて、前記エンジンカバーはマフ
ラカバー部、シリンダカバー部の上面及びシリン
ダカバー部の上部側面に空気導通用のスリツトを
設け、パーコレーシヨンによる再始動困難を防止
するようにしたことを特徴としている。

ている。以上は従来例と同様である。エンジンカ
バーにはマフラーカバー部のスリツト１ａと同様
シリンダカバー部にスリツト１ｂを設け、さらに
上面のみだけでなく斜め側面部にもスリツト１ｃ
を明け、エンジン停止後の放熱をよくしたもので
ある。
