Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 エンジンと連結された駆動軸に固定されたポン
プハウジングと、 該ハウジングと一体的に結合されたポンプイン
ペラーと、 被駆動軸と連結され該ポンプインペラーに対し
被駆動軸の出力方向側と逆方向側の前記ポンプハ
ウジング内に前記ポンプハウジングと相対回転自
在に設けられたタービンライナーと、 前記ポンプハウジングの出力方向側に配置され
ギア部を保持収納し車体に固定される軽金属製の
コンバータハウジングと、 該コンバータハウジングに圧入固定され被駆動
軸に相対回転自在に環装されたステータシヤフト
と、 前記ポンプインペラーと前記タービンライナー
との間に設けられワンウエイクラツチを介して該
ステータシヤフトに保持され一定方向に回転駆動
するステータと、からなるトルクコンバータにお
いて、 前記コンバータハウジングは軽合金製であり、
前記ステータシヤフトは、前記コンバータハウジ
ングに圧入固定される外周部分に凹凸が形成され
た熱処理されていない鉄製であることを特徴とす
るトルクコンバータ。
