- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 容器口部に取り付けるキヤツプ本体と、こ
のキヤツプ本体にヒンジ及びスプリング片を介し
て開閉自在に形成された蓋体とを備えたヒンジキ
ヤツプにおいて、前記スプリング片に弾性補強部
を設けたことを特徴とするヒンジキヤツプ。 (2) 前記弾性補強部が、ブリツジ形、弯曲形、
摺曲形又は段差形のいずれかの形状であることを
特徴とする第(1)請求項記載のヒンジキヤツプ。
