Generally, an overflow waterway is constructed by placing an upper waterway 1 on top of a lower waterway 11 configured as a culvert, as shown in Figure 6.
2 is constructed as an open channel, and the upper and lower waterways 11 and 12 are communicated with each other through a communication path 13. A wall 14 of an appropriate height is provided in the upper water channel 12 facing the communication path 13, and water that has exceeded the wall 14 is allowed to flow down through the communication path 13 to the lower water channel 11.

The above-mentioned overflow grate lid is constructed not only to withstand the water load when water flows from the upper waterway 12 to the lower waterway 11, but also to withstand upward forces such as wave motion and blowing up from the lower waterway 11. It must be constructed so that it can withstand For this reason,
It is not enough to simply place the overflow grate cover on the communication path 13; it must be fixed to the communication path or the wall.

The simplest and most reliable structure for this fixation is to use fastening means such as bolts, but it is necessary to remove the bolts each time the lid is opened, closed, or removed, making management cumbersome. . Also,
If the bolts corrode or the threads become crushed, it will become impossible to open, close, or remove the lid.

The overflow lattice lid of the present invention has locking pins and receiving pins protruding from the side surface of the lattice lid at a position near the front end and a position near the rear end, respectively, and the lattice lid is attached to and removed from the side wall of the receiving frame. A locking groove into which a stop pin can be inserted and a receiving groove into which a receiving pin can be inserted are formed, and the locking groove has a groove shape that opens toward the front and has an upper edge protruding forward from the groove bottom. The receiving groove has a bifurcated configuration with a front receiving groove and a rear receiving groove that are arranged in the front and rear direction and communicate with each other, and the receiving pin can be moved between the front receiving groove and the rear receiving groove. It consists of

According to this configuration, by moving the receiving pin between the front receiving groove and the rear receiving groove, the locking pin can be placed in the locked state with respect to the locking groove, or can be brought into the unrestricted state. This makes it possible to securely fix the lattice lid while facilitating the opening/closing and attachment/detachment operations of the lid.

The receiving frame 1 is configured as a rectangular frame having at least a pair of side walls 3, 3.
At the front end of the inner surface thereof, locking grooves 4, 4 are formed, respectively, which are open toward the front and have upper edges 3a, 3a protruding somewhat forward from the groove bottom. Further, at positions near the rear ends of the inner surfaces of the side walls 3, 3, receiving grooves 5, 5 in the shape of an inverted Y are formed downward from the upper edges. The receiving grooves 5, 5 are composed of front receiving grooves 5a, 5a on the front side and rear receiving grooves 5b, 5b on the rear side, which communicate with each other.

On the other hand, the lattice lid 2 is formed to have the vertical and horizontal dimensions to fit within the receiving frame 1, and is configured in a lattice shape in which a plurality of thin plates extending in the vertical direction are arranged and connected in the horizontal direction. Locking pins 6, 6 and receiving pins 7, 7, which project laterally, are integrally formed at the front and rear positions of both side surfaces of the lattice cover 2, respectively. This locking pin 6 can be inserted into the locking groove 4 of the receiving frame 1, and the receiving pin 7 can be inserted into the receiving groove 5 of the receiving frame 1.

When attaching this lattice lid 2 to the receiving frame 1 to cover the communication passage, as shown in FIG. 5
Insert it into a. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the front end of the lattice cover 2 is tilted forward using the receiving pin 7 in the front receiving groove 5a as a fulcrum. At this time, the locking pin 6
is supported by the side wall 3 at the front position of the locking groove 4 provided in the receiving frame 2 and is kept in a horizontal state. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 4, the rear end of the lattice lid 2 is slightly lifted (as shown by the chain line) and the receiving pin 7 is inserted into the front receiving groove 5a.
Then reinsert it into the rear receiving groove 5b. As a result, the lattice lid 2 is slightly slid rearward, and at the same time the locking pin 6 is inserted into the locking groove 4. As a result, the left and right locking pins 6 and receiving pins 7 of the lattice cover 2 are inserted into the locking grooves 4 and the receiving grooves 5, respectively.
It is integrally attached to the receiving frame 1 at the point. This installed state is shown in FIG.

Therefore, in this state, even if an upward force is applied to the lattice lid 2 due to, for example, a person trying to lift the lattice lid 2 or water blowing up from the lower channel 11, the locking pin 6 and The receiving pins 7 are respectively connected to the locking grooves 4.
Since vertical upward movement is restricted within the rear receiving groove 5b, the lattice cover 2 will not be removed from the receiving frame 1. In addition, in this state, the grid cover 2
You will no longer be able to open the lid by lifting the front end of the lid.

In this state, the water overflowing from the upper waterway 12 and over the wall 14 flows from the communication path 13 to the lower waterway 1 through the gap or between the lattices at the lower front end of the grate cover 2.

On the other hand, when opening the grid cover 2, the operations shown in FIGS. 2 to 4 may be performed in the reverse order. That is, by slightly lifting the rear end of the lattice lid 2 from the state shown in FIG. 4 and sliding it slightly forward, the receiving pin 7 is moved from the rear receiving groove 5b to the front receiving groove 5a. As a result, the state shown in FIG. 3 is reached, the locking pin 6 is removed from the locking groove 4, the front end of the grid cover 2 can be lifted upward, and the grid cover 2 can be opened.

Furthermore, when removing the lattice cover 2 from the receiving frame 1, this can be accomplished by opening the lattice cover 2 to a nearly vertical position as shown in FIG. 2, and then pulling out the receiving pin 7 from the front receiving groove 5a. .

Here, the locking pin 6 and the receiving pin 7 are connected to the lattice lid 2.
When manufactured by casting, it may be formed integrally with this. Of course, separate parts may be integrally attached by welding or screw connection.

Further, in the embodiment described above, the receiving groove 5 is formed in an inverted Y shape, but the receiving groove 5 may be formed in a bifurcated shape in the front-rear direction, and is not limited to this shape.

As explained above, the present invention allows the locking pin to be locked in the locking groove or to be in the unrestricted state by moving the receiving pin between the front receiving groove and the rear receiving groove. While this makes it possible to securely fix the lid without using bolts, it also makes it easier to open, close, and remove the lid, and it also prevents bolt corrosion and thread collapse. It is possible to obtain various effects such as preventing the lid from becoming impossible to open, close, or remove due to this. In addition, the lattice lid can only be opened and closed using a special operation.
It is removable and prevents the lid from being opened or taken away by outsiders.
