In recent years, in buildings where the height is restricted due to sunlight rights or building structure requirements, the elevator machine room is not located above the hoistway, but is placed adjacent to the bottom or one side of the hoistway, which is a so-called horizontal drawer. Elevators are now being used.

Generally, this type of horizontal pull elevator is
As shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 6, a hoisting machine 3 is installed in a machine room 2 adjacent to one side of the hoistway 1 (sometimes installed at the bottom of the hoistway). One and the other of the hoisting ropes 5 wound around the sheave 4 are first wound around the sheaves 6 and 7 provided on the inner wall of the hoistway 1 next to the machine room 2, and from there, each of the hoisting ropes is turned once and vertically. and guide it upwards to hoistway 1.
It is wrapped around the car-bound detour sheave 8A and the weight-bound detour sheave 8B, each of which is pivotally supported at the top, and directed horizontally, and furthermore, the car-suspending diversion sheave 9A and the weight-suspending divert sheave 9A are each pivotally supported on the extension line. The hoisting rope 5 is wound around the deflection sheave 9B and suspended into the hoistway 1, and one hanging end of the hoisting rope 5 is connected to the car 10, and the other hanging end is connected to the counterweight 11, and in this state, the hoisting rope 5 is As the main sheave 4 is rotated by the drive of the upper machine 3, the car 10 and the counterweight 11 are relatively moved up and down into the hoistway 1 via the hoisting rope 5.

By the way, in these horizontal pull elevators,
One of the hoisting ropes 5 that has been taken out from the machine room 2 and guided to the top of the hoistway in a substantially vertical state changes its direction horizontally and reaches the lifting center position P of the car 10, and the other one changes its direction horizontally. In order to guide the counterweight 11 to the hanging center position Q and hang it down, the detour sheaves 8A, 8B for the car and for the weight, and the diversion sheaves 9A, 9 for the car and weight suspension, respectively, are used as described above.
B is required, and in order to prevent interference between each of these sheaves and between ropes, left and right beams 12 and 13 are provided in two stages above and below the hoistway, and the above-mentioned car system is connected to the left and right beams 12 in the lower stage. Sheave 8
Sheaves A and 9A are pivotally supported, and sheaves 8B and 9B of the counterweight system are pivotally supported on the left and right beams 13 in the upper stage. I tried to place them apart. Therefore, the vertical width of the space for installing the deflection sheave at the top of the hoistway 1 is large, and it is necessary to increase the dimensions of the hoistway in the building. Despite the complicated horizontal pull type elevator structure, the effect of lowering the building height was small.

In order to achieve the above object, the horizontal pulling type elevator of the present invention has a car hanging deflection sheave on the hoistway and a weight going deflection sheave that moves the car along a center line that crosses the lifting center position and the counterweight lifting center position. The above-mentioned car-going deflector sheave is tilted in the same direction and at the same angle to each other and is pivotally supported at the same height position, and the above-mentioned car-bound deflector sheave is positioned on the extension line of the inclination direction of each of the car-hanging deflection sheave and the weight-hanging deflection sheave. The detour sheave and the detour sheave for the weight are individually rotatably supported on a common shaft, and the sheaves for both the car and counterweight systems are arranged at the same height. In addition, the vertical width of the explanation space can be significantly reduced compared to the conventional case where the sheaves of both systems are separated into two beams to separate them vertically from each other.
Furthermore, there is no interference between sheaves and ropes for the car and the counterweight, and one of the hoisting ropes is reliably guided to the hoisting center position of the car, and the other to the hoisting center position of the counterweight. This allows it to be guided and hung down.

In the figure, reference numeral 20 denotes a left and right beam horizontally suspended over the upper part of the hoistway 1, and unlike the conventional case, only one stage is provided. Further, the left and right beams 20 are provided in a moderately inclined state as if rotated in the horizontal direction with respect to a center line S that linearly connects the car suspension center position P and the counterweight suspension center position Q. Three shaft supports 21 are attached to the upper surface of the left and right beams 20 so as to face each other, and each of the three shaft supports 21 is fitted with both ends to each of the left and right shaft supports 21 facing each other.
2, 23, and 24 are arranged and attached at positions near the middle and both ends of the beam in the longitudinal direction. The shafts 22, 23, and 24 are all horizontal at the same height, and are mounted at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the left and right beams 20, so that they are all equally spaced at a predetermined angle in the same direction with respect to the center line S. It is said to be in a tilted position.

Here, detour sheaves 8A, 8 for the car and for the weight are installed at the upper part of the hoistway 1 and have the same function as the conventional ones.
B and deflection sheave 9 for hanging the car and for hanging the weight.
Of these, the car hanging deflection sheave 9A is rotatably attached to the intermediate shaft 22, and the weight lifting deflection sheave 9B is rotatably attached to the shaft 23 near one end. The remaining car-bound detour sheave 8A and weight-bound detour sheave 8B are both coaxially and independently located on one common shaft 24 near the other end with a small distance from each other. Rotatably mounted. In other words,
The car hanging deflection sheave 9A is attached to the intermediate shaft 22, so that it is positioned substantially directly above the car 10 in the hoistway 1 and guides the hoisting rope 5 downward to the car hanging center position P. At the same time, since the shaft 22 is tilted as described above, the orientation of the car suspension deflection sheave 9A is at a predetermined angle θ with respect to the center line S that intersects the car suspension center position P and the counterweight suspension center position Q. is only tilted. In addition, the weight hanging deflection sheave 9B is attached to the shaft 23 near one end, so that it is located approximately directly above the counterweight 11 in the hoistway 1, and the hoisting rope 5 is moved to the counterweight hanging center position T.
Since the shaft 23 is tilted as described above, the direction of the weight hanging deflection sheave 9B is also in the same direction as the car suspension deflection sheave 9A with respect to the center line S. is tilted at the same angle. On the other hand, the car-bound detour sheave 8A and the weight-bound detour sheave 8B are mounted on the shaft 24 near the other end, so that the detour sheave 8A for the car and the detour sheave 8B for the weight are located at the other end side deviated from the center line S to one side laterally. They are provided coaxially with each other, and are arranged on the extension lines X and Y in the inclination direction of the car suspension deflection sheave 9A and the weight suspension deflection sheave 9B, respectively. Naturally, this car-bound detour sheave 8
Since the shaft 24 is tilted, the directions of the diverting sheave 8B for the weight and the car hanging sheave 9A and the weight hanging diverting sheave 9B are equally tilted in the same direction.

The detour sheave 8A for the car and the detour sheave 8B for the weight are rotatably attached to the shaft 24 by bearings 26 provided through collars 25, respectively, in the form shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The bearing 26 is fixed from both ends by bearing nuts 27, and the shaft 24 has both ends penetrated through the shaft support 21 and fixed by a key plate 28.

Therefore, in the horizontal pull-type elevator having the above-mentioned configuration, the left and right beams 20 of only one stage are provided with diversion sheaves 9A, 9B for car suspension and weight suspension, and detour sheaves 8A, 8B for car and weight suspension. Since the sheaves for the car and the counterweight are all placed at the same height, the vertical width of the installation space can be significantly reduced. Compared to the conventional case where the sheaves of both systems are separated into two beams to separate them vertically from each other, it is possible to reduce the vertical width by approximately 500 mm to 1000 mm, which allows the hoistway dimensions to be kept low. This is effective in lowering the building height.

Further, one side and the other side of the hoisting rope 5 are connected to the machine room 2.
and are guided upward through sheaves 6 and 7 on the inner wall of the hoistway 1 next to the machine room 2, respectively, changing direction approximately vertically, and then passing through the coaxial car-bound detour sheave 8A at the top of the hoistway 1. and the weight-bound detour sheave 8B, and are oriented horizontally at an angle θ with respect to the center line S, and furthermore, on the extension line thereof, a car suspension diversion sheave 9A and a weight suspension diversion sheave 9B. The car suspension core position P and the counterweight suspension core position Q in the hoistway 1 are respectively
It will be guided and guided and made to hang down.
This will not cause any problems with the roping of the hoisting rope 5 or the movement of the rope, and the car 10 connected to one hanging end of the hoisting rope 5,
The counterweight 11 connected to the other hanging end can be moved up and down relative to the counterweight 11 by driving the hoist 3, thereby enabling operation. At this time, the sheaves for the car system and the sheaves for the weight system are all placed at the same height, but there is no interference between the sheaves for the car and the counterweight, and between the ropes. Not at all.

Since this invention is made as described above, it is possible to significantly reduce the vertical width of the installation space for both the car sheave system and the counterweight system above the hoistway, thereby keeping the hoistway dimensions low and building height. This makes it possible to easily meet the constraints of buildings that are subject to height restrictions due to sunlight rights, as well as reduce the cost of building construction and the cost of the elevator equipment itself by simplifying the beams on the top of the hoistway. This provides many benefits, including a reduction in air flow and improved installation workability, making it an extremely advantageous side-pull type elevator.
