- 音波発生器で発生した音波によつてふるい膜を
振動させ、ふるい膜上の粉を分級する音波ふるい
器において、上記ふるい膜を挟んで上記音波発生
器と反対側の位置に、上記音波発生器の振動膜と
共振する共振振動膜を設けたことを特徴とする音
波ふるい器。
