に固着され、他方、固定アームはそのシリンダの
シリンダケースに固着されている。そして、加圧
シリンダは、アーム全体を溶接機本体に対し前進
或るいは後退さすべく、そのシリンダケースに突
出して形成された突起にイコライジング用シヤフ
トを嵌挿させている。このイコライジング用シヤ
フトは、一対のL型ステーを介して溶接機のトラ
ンスに取り付けられている。

起に嵌合するイコランジング用シヤフトを、トラ
ンスの両側板の延長部に張設したことを特徴とす
る。

を貫通している。第1図では、突起5′側にベア
リングを設けることにより、イコライジング用シ
ヤフト4に対して加圧シリンダ5を摺動自在とし
ている。しかし、これに限らず、イコライジング
用シヤフト4を加圧シリンダ5と共に、トランス
1に対して摺動自在となるような設計をしても良
いことは勿論である。加圧シリンダ5のピストン
ロツド6には可動アームとなる一方の支持部材7
を固着し、他方、加圧シリンダ5のシリンダケー
スには固定アームとなる他方の支持部材8を固着
する。これら一対の支持部材7,8には、先端に
それぞれ第1,第2の電極9,10が取り付けら
れている。両電極9,10は、トランス1から所
定の電流が導体11を介して供給される。

せたものを使用するのみでよく、また取付け高さ
もステーを使用しないのでステーの厚み及びその
取付座の厚みの分だけ低く抑えることができる。

高さを低く抑えることができ、抵抗溶接機の取扱
いにあたり、突出部分である加圧シリンダが周辺
に散在する器具、部品等にからむ度合も少なくな
り、作業性にすぐれたものとなる。また側板自身
はトランス周壁に比して強度的にもかなり頑丈な
ものであり、締付具によつて両側板が締付けられ
ているのでイコライジング用シヤフトの支持は確
実にできるものである。
