Therefore, the bead edges that are sewn together have to be made from the same raw cloth. For this purpose, as shown in FIG. 1, the ball core 6 is wrapped and the bead edges are made of the same fabric as the seat cover material. With this structure, expensive fabric is used and sewing is time-consuming, resulting in an expensive product. As shown in Fig. 2, there is a bead in which the bead 1 and the sewn part 2 are integrally molded from PVC, etc., but it is cheap and easy to sew, but the surface is made of synthetic resin such as PVC, and it is difficult to use with tricots, etc. It has the disadvantage that it feels different from the seat surface and has a hard feel. In view of these drawbacks, the present invention provides a bead for a seat that does not look out of place with the seat covering material, is easy to sew, is inexpensive, and has a soft feel.

The beaded core consisting of the decorative part 1 and the sewn part 2 is continuously molded in the cross-sectional shape shown in the figure by PVC extrusion molding. The cross section at this time has a notch 3. Thereafter, a primer layer 4 is applied to the decorative portion 1, and then short fibers such as polyester or nylon are sprayed in an electrostatic field to form flocking 5 in predetermined portions. In this way, it is possible to obtain an integrally molded bead according to the present invention having a notch in the bead and having flocked hair on the bead. FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention having different cutouts.

のである。 The integrally molded bead according to the present invention has the following advantages. (a) When used as the bead of a sheet with a fabric such as Tricotto as the surface material, the flocked appearance will harmonize well with the fabric; (b)
It has a very soft feel due to the flocking and the notch on the bead edge, and (c) the notch on the bead edge prevents wrinkles when sewing on the corners of the sheet. (d) Sewing work is easy because the sewing part is integrally provided, and (e) the welt can be formed at low cost by extrusion molding and flocking as described above. As described above, the integrally molded bead according to the present invention has a good appearance and feel, and is inexpensive and easy to sew.
