の映像信号線で接続して構成され、相互通話、共
同玄関の電気錠制御、セキユリテイー監視制御な
どを行なうようにされた集合住宅用監視通話シス
テムにおいて、 上記ロビーインターホンのテレビカメラは、上
記熱線検知センサーが人を検知したときに、駆動
されて上記警報監視盤に設けたモニタテレビに映
像を映し出すようにした集合住宅用監視通話シス
テム。 ２ 夜間などにおいて、共同玄関側に設置した照
明器具が、上記ロビーインターホンに内蔵させた
熱線検知センサーの作動時に自動的に点灯させる
構成とした請求項１に記載の集合住宅用監視通話
