の受光手段とを有して該第2の発光手段の出力に
もとづき当該回転板の回転基準位置を検出する基
準位置検出手段と を有し、該回転検出手段の出力信号と前記回転
角度検出手段からの信号にもとづき回転基準位置
からの回転量を検出することを特徴とする回転量
