Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the title textured yarn having excellent handleability, providing woven fabric having extremely improved feeling by using highly orientated undrawn yarn as core yarn and drawn yarn as sheath yarn, subjecting the sheath yarn and the core yarn to fluid jetting treatment and heat-treating the formed bulky textured yarn in a noncontact state. CONSTITUTION:First, highly orientated undrawn yarn of polyamide having 60-80% elongation at break is used as multifilaments of synthetic fiber for core yarn and drawn yarn of polyamide having 30-50% elongation at breakage is utilized as multifilament of synthetic fiber for sheath yarn. Then the sheath yarn and the core yarn are fed to a fluid jetting treating zone in such a way that the overfeeding ratio of the sheath yarn is >=50% larger than that of the core yarn to give bulky textured yarn having sheath-core structure. Finally the textured yarn is heat-treated at 150-200 deg.C in a noncontact way to give the aimed textured yarn.

That is, the bulky textured yarn subjected to the fluid jet treatment has extremely low elongation, giving the fabric a paper-like texture, which not only reduces its commercial value, but also reduces its handling properties in the weaving process.

In particular, if the degree of bulk is increased by giving a difference in overfeed rate of 50% or more, the loops are likely to get entangled with each other, causing a so-called zipper battle, which not only reduces the efficiency of the weaving process but also reduces the The two types of yarn used tend to sag, significantly deteriorating the quality of the fabric.

In the present invention, when producing bulky textured yarn with a core-sheath structure by supplying two or more types of synthetic fiber multifilament yarns to a fluid jet treatment area, the synthetic fiber multifilament yarns used as the core yarns include: A highly oriented undrawn polyamide yarn with a breaking elongation of 60 to 80% is used, and the synthetic fiber multifilament yarn used for the sheath yarn has a breaking elongation of 30 to 50%.
%, and supplied to the fluid jet treatment area so that the overfeed rate of the sheath yarn is 50% or more higher than the overfeed rate of the core yarn to obtain a bulky textured yarn with a core-sheath structure. , a method for producing a bulky textured yarn, characterized in that the bulky textured yarn is subjected to non-contact heat treatment at a humidity range of 150 to 200°C, and further, the yarn obtained by this method has an elongation at break of 40% or more. The highly oriented undrawn yarn can be obtained by a known method. That is, when the spinning speed is 3000 to 6000 m
/n+in, and is not subjected to stretching treatment in subsequent steps. In addition, other raw yarns used in the present invention are spun and then drawn to produce what is known as a drawn yarn. Conventionally, drawn yarns and undrawn yarns are used to produce such processed yarns. In many cases, a drawn yarn is used as the core yarn and an undrawn yarn is used as the sheath yarn, but such a combination cannot produce a bulky textured yarn like the one of the present invention. The purpose of the invention cannot be achieved. In addition, highly oriented undrawn yarn with a cutting elongation of 60 to 80% is used for the core yarn, but if the cutting elongation is outside this range, it is difficult to improve its handling in the weaving process. Moreover, the texture of the fabric using the obtained bulky processed yarn deteriorates, which is not preferable. Such a yarn is used to supply the fluid jet treatment area, and at this time, the overfeed rate of the core yarn is 50 to 150%, preferably 5.
It is carried out in the range of 0 to 100%. Incidentally, the fluid injection process referred to in the present invention is a processing method also called pressure-air entanglement process, and is a method known as Taslan processing.

In general, in the method of the present invention, it is important to subject the yarn obtained by the fluid jet treatment to non-contact heat treatment at a humidity range of 150 to 200°C. The heat treatment can be performed using a grooved box heater.

[Action of the Invention] The bulky textured yarn thus obtained uses a highly oriented undrawn yarn as the core yarn, so it has a high elongation at break and improves handleability in the weaving process.

In addition, even though the bulky processed yarn is processed with an overwidth rate difference of 50% or more, the zipper phenomenon can be significantly reduced, and the unwinding property of the yarn can be improved. Handling in the process can be improved.

It is thought that this is because, in the bulky textured yarn obtained by the method of the present invention, the large loops created by the fluid jet treatment are turned into small loops by the heat treatment, resulting in a bulky textured yarn with a smooth surface.

For comparison, polyamide drawn yarn (70 de/34 fil
) was used for the core yarn and sheath yarn, and fluid jet treatment was performed using an overfeed rate of 10% for the core yarn and 50% for the sheath yarn, respectively. A comparative yarn was prepared by contact heat treatment. Using the comparative yarn as the weft and commercially available polyamide drawn yarn (70 de/114 fit) as the warp, a plain woven fabric with a warp density of 48 threads/cm and an R density of 31 threads/cm was woven. The dyeing process was carried out in the same manner as in the examples, and the finished product was finished using a normal finishing process.
