【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は成型機よりプレス成型された瓦素地を
吸着して取出すと同時に、タメシ入れ矯正を行わ
しめる様にした屋根瓦素地のタメシ入れ把持具に
関するものである。

シ入れ矯正が別々の操作にて行われるため成型後
の中間処理操作が多く、一連の製造ラインの流れ
が煩雑になる等の欠点を有していた。

本発明はかかる欠点に鑑み、和瓦成形機の把持
具取付金具に取付けた中空基板の上面に連通口を
穿設して吸引装置に可撓管で連結し、中空基板の
底板および側板にて密閉した空気室を形成し、上
記底板は平坦状にして下面には所定のタメシ入れ
を行わしめるタメシ型をクツシヨン16を介して
取付け、該タメシ型の下面に空気溝を網目状に形
成せしめると共に該空気溝を中空基板の空気室に
連通せしめて成る屋根瓦素地のタメシ入れ把持具
を提供して、吸着取出と同時にタメシ入れを行わ
しめる様にして上記欠点を解消せんとしたものに
して、以下本発明の一実施例を図面に基づいて説
明すると、 1は把持具本体であり、該把持具本体1の上部
には中空基板2を設けると共に該中空基板2の側
板3,3′、底板4にて密閉した空気室5を形成
せしめ、中空基板2の上面には可撓管6の取付具
7を固着せしめると共に該取付具7には空気室5
に連通する連通口8を貫設せしめている。

ば、可撓管6は吸引装置(図示せず)に連結せし
めてあるので把持具本体1の下端に装着したタメ
シ型9,9′,9″が吸着すべき瓦素地Wの表面に
略直角に位置した時に空気溝10を通して吸引装
置により真空吸引されて瓦素地Wは和瓦成型機よ
り取出され、又同時にタメシ型9,9′,9″の下
面に吸引密着することにより所定のタメシ入れ矯
正が行われるのである。

又可撓管6とクツシヨン16により吸着前に当接
させても、かかる当接時のシヨツクを吸収出来る
ため、瓦素地Wを変形させることなく、タメシ入
れ矯正することが出来、従つて瓦素地Wの吸着取
出操作と同時に所定のタメシ入れ矯正を行うこと
が出来、別途タメシ入れ工程を要しないため設備
の簡易化、スペースの縮少化を図ることが出来る
と共に屋根瓦製造レーンの流れを円滑にすること
が出来る等その実用的効果甚だ大なるものであ
る。
