【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案はシヤツターの捲上げ、捲下げを複数
の軸を以て軽快に昇降せしめる小型化されたシヤ
ツター捲取軸の開閉装置に関するものである。

従来、建築物の屋内空間を有効に利用するた
め、シヤツターケースを小型化することが種々工
夫されているものである。然し、従来のシヤツタ
ー捲取り装置では、ケースの高さが非常に高く、
且つ面積を多く必要とするため、設置位置の選定
が大変に困難である。そのため、シヤツターケー
スの縮少及び設置が重要な問題となつている。そ
して、本出願人も先に昭和46年特許出願第43691
号として出願したが、これ等のものは非常に小型
化されているが、その使用に対して難点が多く、
且つ、構造が大変に複雑となるため実施及び製作
が非常に困難となり、経済的にも大変に不利とな
る等の欠点が多々あつた。

そこで、この考案はこの様な従来の欠点を解決
せしめるために考案したものであつてシヤツター
ケースを著しく縮小した小型とし、安全確実に開
閉操作を実施し、且つ経済性の優れた装置を提供
するものであつて、その主たる構成とする所は、
シヤツターケースの側壁に回転自在に軸着する捲
取軸と案内軸とを軸止し、その後方の捲取軸の取
り付け位置を前方の案内軸の水平位置より上部に
枢着せしめる。また、捲取軸と案内軸とに架設し
た無端調帯を可能せしめる調車を外周より嵌合せ
しめると共に、その調車の両側には、該無端調帯
の巾寸法の隙間を設けて外周より調車保護ホイル
を固定したものである。また、該側壁5,5に
は、捲取軸と案内軸との間に中央に移動するのを
防止する外側にローラー付保持具を設けた支持枠
を架設してある。従つて、この考案によれば、シ
ヤツターケースを著しく小型化できると共に、シ
ヤツターの降下作用が非常に軽快敏速にできる優
れた効果と、無端調帯を作動する調車は調車保護
ホイルの挟持によつて長期間の使用でも、ガタ付
いたり移動したりして容易に破損する憂いがない
効果がある。

案内軸3とをシヤツターケース4の側壁5,5に
設けた軸受10,10によつて支持してある。こ
の後方の取り付けられた捲取軸2は、前方に位置
する案内軸3の水平位置より上部位置に軸着せし
めて前方のシヤツター1を傾斜するようになつて
いる。前記捲取軸2と案内軸3とには、少なくと
も両端の二ケ所に無端調帯7,7を軸架せしめる
調車6,6…を外周より嵌合固定せしめてある。
なお、この無端調帯7,7にはシヤツター1の上
端を連結してある。この調車6,6の両側には、
該無端調帯7,7の巾寸法の隙間を設けて該捲取
軸2及び案内軸3の外周に調車保護ホイル8,8
を並設固定せしめてある。9は捲取軸2及び案内
軸3との中心の回転軸を示し、その先端は該軸受
10,10を介在して側壁15に穿設されてい
る。次に捲取軸2の端部には、該回転軸9にシヤ
フトスプロケツト13を軸止すると共に、シヤフ
トスプロケツト13に架設される駆動チエーン1
4を介在して開閉機15に連結せしめてある。符
号16は、案内軸3の内部に収納された復元発条
22の調整ホイルを示し、17,18は各々側壁
5,5に架設された各支持枠を示し、支持枠17
は、各々捲取軸2と案内軸3との間に架設され、
その外側には、該捲取軸2と案内軸3との対接面
の外側中央に移動するのを防止するローラ付保持
具19,19を取付けてある。また前記支持枠1
8には、その間に第1図に示す如く、回転ローラ
ー21,21…を軸止したシヤツター1の弛み防
止具20を架設せしめてある。符号23はシヤツ
ター1の案内軌条を示し、25は第1図に示す如
く無端調帯7,7の弛みを支持する調帯弛み防止
具を示したものである。

る。次に、シヤツター1を閉鎖するには、前記開
閉機15を反転方向に作動せしめれば、前記と反
対の作動をする。この時、シヤツター1は自重と
復元発条22との助成によつて、シヤツター1は
全閉状態となるものである。

用できる効果がある。そして、平行状態に位置す
る捲取軸の取り付け位置を案内軸の水平位置より
上部位置に軸着せしめてあるので、シヤツターは
常時前方に傾斜状態で保持され、シヤツター降下
時には、降下を敏速確実に作動させると共に、降
下を正確に助成するという優れた効果がある。ま
た、捲取軸と案内軸とに調車を固定せしめたの
で、架設される無端調帯を確実に連結可動せし
め、滑りや破損等の憂いを充分に排除するという
効果もある。更に、側壁に架設した支持枠の外側
に各々装設したローラー付保持具によつて、該捲
取軸と案内軸とを所定位置で常時回動し、中央に
移動するのを防止して無端調帯及びシヤツターの
弛みを確実に防止して長期間に亘つて円滑に作動
できる優れた効果がある。
