BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Floor cushion materials such as carpets are widely used as rugs in rooms or in vehicles such as automobiles. These floor cushion materials include:
For example, rubber latex is coated and dried on the back side of an outer material made of thick woven fabric, or as shown in FIG. A foam sheet 3 made of vinyl chloride foam or the like is generally used. These conventionally used indoor carpets are generally satisfactory in terms of feel, cushioning properties, and heat retention properties.

In addition to properties, it is also required to have sound insulation properties such as sound insulation and sound absorption properties. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, a nonwoven fabric sheet 4 of an appropriate thickness, such as felt, is adhered to the back side of the outer fabric 1 using an adhesive layer 2 as a carpet for an automobile. There is.

The present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances, and in addition to the inherent characteristics required for floor cushioning materials such as feel, cushioning properties, and heat retention, it also has excellent sound insulation and sound absorption properties. An object of the present invention is to provide a soundproof carpet that can be used in automobile carpets and can be highly effective in preventing noise such as power noise and vibration noise.

The floor cushion material according to the present invention is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 59-203642 (see Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 61-81439).
It is characterized by slicing the recycled asphalt foam produced by the method previously proposed as a sheet to a predetermined thickness, and laminating the recycled asphalt foam sheet on the back side of the outer material.
The desired soundproofing effect was achieved due to the excellent soundproofing and soundabsorbing properties unique to the recycled asphalt foam.

のである。 This method involves adding and mixing a urethane prepolymer produced by the reaction of a polyether polyol with an ethylene oxide content of 15% or more with an organic isocyanate into an aqueous asphalt emulsion and foaming the resulting asphalt foam (unexamined Japanese Patent Publication No. This product aims to recycle and effectively utilize the processing waste and molded defective products of products such as No. 15433 (Sho 59-15433, etc.).The asphalt foam is melted by adding inorganic carbonate and asphalt as necessary and heating and stirring. After that, an appropriate amount of both the melt and the organic isocyanate are impregnated into a polyurethane foam having open cells, and then heated and cured.

のである。 The recycled asphalt foam produced by this method has a better affinity for polyurethane foam than the conventional asphalt foam produced by impregnating it with ordinary molten asphalt. It has excellent quality, as the cell structure becomes dense due to the foaming of the organic isocyanate, and the stickiness of the surface is eliminated. In particular, it has been revealed that it has excellent sound insulation and sound absorption properties, and has sufficient cushioning properties and heat retention properties required for floor cushioning materials such as carpets, so it can be used as a backing material for carpets, etc. We came up with the idea of using it for wood, and came up with the present invention.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a floor cushion material according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 11 indicates a carpet outer material made of nonwoven fabric or the like. A recycled asphalt foam sheet 13 is laminated and adhered to the back surface of the outer material 11 via an adhesive layer 12 applied by a spray method, a transfer method, or the like. As the adhesive layer 12, any rubber glue, synthetic resin adhesive, reactive adhesive such as urethane resin, etc. may be selected and used depending on the application method and specific purpose. Further, the thickness of the recycled asphalt foam 13 is also arbitrary, but it is generally preferable to set it to about 3 to 20 mm.

It has a remarkable soundproofing effect that cannot be obtained with carpets, etc. Therefore, if this is used as a carpet for a car and is spread on the floor of the car, it will absorb and block the noise transmitted from underfoot, such as the vibration sound of the car body and the sound of power, and provide an excellent soundproofing effect. This soundproofing effect can be further improved by lightly compressing the recycled asphalt foam 13 to increase its density.
