される切削屑通り口と逃しリブにより木屑を回転
ハンマ側に送るようにしているが、前記切削屑通
り口にすべての木屑が挿入されるわけでなく、前
記の如くフアン吸引力により回転カツタ側に自動
送りされるものが発生する。従つて、フアンの吸
引力が小さいと木屑が回転ハンマ側に送られず、
カツタホルダ外周近傍に木屑が残留し、カツタを
損傷する不具合が生ずると共に、木粉吸引効率が
低下する。また逆に吸引力を強くすると回転ハン
マにより粉砕された木粉と共に粉砕されない木屑
がフアン側に吸引される不具合が生ずる。

し、送入された木材をらせん状鋸で切削して生じ
た木屑を回転ハンマ側にねじ送りし、これを粉砕
するようにした木粉製造機を構成するものであ
る。

軸4に固定され、主軸4はその両端を軸受5,5

副軸8が支持される。副軸8には回転ハンマ3の
ハンマ9が固定される。主軸4および副軸8には
ベルト車10,11が連結され、これ等はベルト
12,13を介しモータ14により駆動される。
らせん状鋸1と回転ハンマ3とは共に外板15に
より被覆される。外板15には木粉排出口16が
連結し、木粉排出口16は曲管17を介し、フア
ン18に連結する。フアン18はフアン駆動モー
タ19により駆動され、吸引した木粉を排出口2
0から排送する。らせん状鋸1の外周近傍には木
材送入コンベア21が配置され、木材送入コンベ
ア21上には押えローラ22,23が配設され
る。木材24は押えローラ22,23と木材送入
コンベア21内に挟まれながら、らせん状鋸1内
に導入される。押えローラ22はモータ25によ
り駆動される。また詳細説明を省略するが、押え
ローラ22,23はリンク機構26により木材2
4の形成に合わせて複雑揺動し得るように支持さ
れる。
