Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 炉体中心部にそれを貫通するように通電加熱
式の炉心管を設けて、該炉心管内に挿入された被
処理材を加熱処理し得るようにした加熱炉であつ
て、該炉心管が複数個の炭素質乃至黒鉛質製の円
筒発熱体によつて構成され、かつ各円筒発熱体の
隣接部を炭素質乃至黒鉛質製のニツプルによつて
接続したことを特徴とする高温加熱炉。 ２ 加熱炉が竪型式である請求項１記載の高温加
熱炉。 ３ 加熱炉が横型式である請求項１記載の高温加
熱炉。
