外殻に固定し、伸縮部を備えた外筒と、該外筒の
外殻との固定側に一端を固定した内筒とからなり
、該内筒は炭素系シール材を介して電極を嵌挿保
持したことを特徴とする金属珪素製造用反応炉の
電極固着装置。
