ボール本体１に焼付塗装する時には100℃以上の
高温で処理するから、耐熱性合成樹脂もその高温
に耐えられなければならない。又、高温処理によ
り塗装層２は非常に硬度が高まるので、傷がつき

つきにくく、例え何らかの原因により塗装層がは
がれるようなことがあつたとしても、洗面ボール
とその表面の塗装層とが同じ色合いを呈している
ので、塗装層がはがれた部分と他の部分との色合
いは変わらないので、外観的装飾効果は変わらず
品質や商品価値の低下を招いてしまうことがな
い。塗料の色あいを種々選択することにより種々
