This relates to a door stop that prevents a support shaft portion screwed onto an anchor bolt from inadvertently rotating even when subjected to the impact force of a door.

A doorstop with such a structure should be placed in a direction perpendicular to or perpendicular to the door surface that it collides with, with the axis of the horizontally arranged buffer body open. However, it is difficult to expect reliable positioning during installation work by field workers, and the impact force of the opening door will generate torque or component force in the rotational direction against the tip of the shock absorber, and this force will be applied to the door. It is loaded repeatedly every time you open it. As a result, the door stop rotates and changes direction, making it impossible to stop the door by absorbing the impact force of the door, and also making it impossible to moor the door at the stopping position with the hanging ring. In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the upper end of the support shaft is attached to the metal core material of the buffer body in advance, or is attached with a threaded rod. In addition, when the anchor bolt cannot be fixed to the concrete floor and erected, the seat plate fixed to the floor with screws and the flange at the lower end of the bolt are fixed in advance at the time of manufacture via a rotation prevention means consisting of an engaging protrusion and a notch. It is easy to do so. However, it is extremely difficult to provide a locking and fixing means at the site where the support shaft is screwed onto the anchor bolt during field work. Even if the spindle is screwed onto the floor or the seat plate on the floor using the screw hole,
It is almost impossible to arrange the axis of the shock absorber in a direction perpendicular to the door surface, and the axis must be aligned in the direction perpendicular to the door surface by unscrewing it from the tightened state. No. Therefore, the support shaft can be easily rotated by the impact force of the door.

The upper end of the anchor bolt is provided with a positioning guide portion such as a groove or a square protrusion for collimating the axial direction of the cushion rubber. The support shaft provided with the seat plate for the decorative cover is configured so that it is not screwed into the middle part of the anchor bolt and tightened.

向に配設するものである。 The second prior art disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 51-45827 (door stop) stands up a bolt whose head is engaged through a hole in a retaining plate 13 that is fixed to the floor using screws. A spindle equipped with a cover plate as a decorative cover is screwed onto a bolt, and the prismatic tightening portion formed at the bottom end of the spindle is firmly screwed with a tool such as a spanner to connect the spindle with a flat bottom end. The support shaft is fixed to the floor by tightening the retaining plate with the head of the bolt. However, since the horizontal cylinder does not stop in a specific direction when the support shaft is tightened and fixed, the male threaded end of the cushion rubber is engaged with the groove on the circumference of the upper end of the support shaft, and the cushion rubber is moved in a direction perpendicular to the open door surface. It is to be installed.

The bolt is tightened and fixed to the floor surface, and the lower end surface of the support shaft screwed onto the bolt is pressed into contact with a second nut.

Therefore, the cushion rubber is fixed by engaging the tip of the male screw with the groove of the support shaft. However, due to the repeated impact force of the door and the expansion and contraction of the rubber, the male screw tip and groove are damaged early, making it impossible to maintain the predetermined installation position.

When the impact force of the door is applied to the shock absorber, the second nut also rotates as the support shaft rotates (so-called co-rotation phenomenon). Therefore, there was a problem in that no tightening and fixing means were provided.

The male thread of the anchor bolt is provided with a support shaft that is screwed into the male thread through a shaft hole with a female thread, and a horizontal buffer is fixed to the upper end of the support shaft. On the other hand, a nut is screwed into the male screw cut into the lower end of the support shaft, and the nut is rotated to unscrew it to be tightened and fixed to the floor.

It is something that never happens. If you want to fix it upright on the completed floor later, make a protrusion in advance on the seat plate that will be fixed to the floor with screws, and make a notch in the lower end flange of the bolt that will stand up from the seat plate to prevent rotation due to external impact force. A blocking structure can be easily created during manufacturing.

強大な摩擦力を発生する。 When the support shaft is screwed into the anchor bolt through the female thread of the shaft hole, the lower edge of the support shaft is tightened and fixed to the upper surface of the seat plate fixed to the floor, but at this time the axial direction of the shock absorber is It is almost never the case that the predetermined arrangement is perpendicular to the open door surface. Therefore, the screws must be unscrewed until the desired cushioning arrangement is achieved. This releases the tightness from the seat plate and puts it in a relaxed state. In this state, one hand grasps the shock absorber and holds it in a predetermined direction, and the other hand holds a tool such as a spanner and rotates the nut to tighten it to the seat plate. If the support shafts rotate together during the nut tightening operation and an error occurs in the direction of the buffer, loosen the nut and tighten the nut again. Since the shock absorber has a slight error from a predetermined direction due to visual collimation on-site work, it will not easily rotate due to the impact of the door due to the strong tightening force. The tightening nut has a strong frictional force against the seat plate, and the female thread of the nut and the male thread on the outer periphery of the support shaft firmly engage and push the support shaft upward, and the female thread of the support shaft and the male thread of the anchor bolt By engaging more strongly and pushing the support shaft upward, the inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the support shaft engage and generate a strong frictional force.

This makes the decorative cover interposed on the support shaft as small as possible so that it does not become an obstacle when opening the door, and maintains a harmonious shape in appearance.

ためである。 The lower end portion of the support shaft 2 has a slightly smaller diameter than the upper portion, and this small diameter portion 12 is provided with a male thread.
A nut 11 is screwed into this small diameter portion 12, and when the nut 11 is screwed into the small diameter portion 12 and brought into contact with the stepped portion at the upper end, the lower end surface of the small diameter portion 12 protrudes slightly downward from the lower surface of the nut. There is. This structure was achieved by screwing the support shaft 2 onto the anchor bolt, first pressing the small diameter lower end surface of the support shaft against the seat plate 9,
Then, unscrew the axial direction of the shock absorber to the direction perpendicular to the open door surface, and while maintaining this unscrewed state, tighten the nut 11 to the seat plate 9 by rotating the nut 11 once, making the installation operation simple and reliable on site. This is to make it happen.

By engaging the protrusion 19 with the notch 20 of the seat plate 9, the decorative cover will not be easily rotated or moved.

In order to do this, it is necessary to firmly tighten the support shaft 2 using the nut 11. At that time, remove nut 11 from bolt 5'.
When screwed together, the seat plate 9 is tightened by applying strong pressure from both sides of the bolt head 16 and nut 11. This tightening force fixes the support shaft so that it will not rotate unexpectedly even if the support shaft receives an impact force in the axial direction of the shock absorber of the open door or the support shaft. The seat plate 9 is provided with a stepped portion 17 to form a recessed portion 18, and a bolt head 16 is inserted into this recessed portion 18.

By tightening the nut threaded onto the support shaft to the seat plate or floor while holding it by hand or with a tool, the support shaft is firmly fixed to the seat plate or floor, and the impact force of opening the door is absorbed by the shock absorber. Even if the shock absorber is applied repeatedly, it will reliably maintain a predetermined direction and will not rotate inadvertently.
