付与手段と、前記開口部よりもベルトの走行方向
に沿う下流側に設けられて前記ベルトから静電気
を除去する静電気除去手段と、該静電気除去手段
より下流側でかつ前記静電気付与手段より上流側
に設けられてベルトの外周面と摺動する除塵手段
