添付図は本考案の実施例を示す図である。第１
図は全体像と使用状態を表した見取り図である。
第２図は円形ガイドと回転部の接合部の断面図で
ある。第３図、第４図はアームに筆記具ガイドを
組込んだ状態の断面図であり、前者は使用中の状
態、後者は筆記具ガイドをスライド中の状態を示
す。また第５図は本考案の機能を高めた応用例を
示す。 １：円形ガイド、２：回転リム、３：アーム、
４：筆記具ガイド、５：放射線スケール、６：セ
ンターマーク、７：目盛合わせ用の線、８：筆記
具用の孔、９：取手。
