However, since such synthetic resin flooring materials are mass-produced by extrusion molding of synthetic resin, the uneven pattern on the surface generally has many thin linear patterns running in the extrusion direction. Although it can exhibit an anti-slip effect in the direction across the pattern, it still has the disadvantage of being easily slippery in the direction along the linear pattern. For this reason, flooring materials have been developed in which the surface is roughened to provide an anti-slip effect in any direction; however, it is not easy to treat such flooring materials. Moreover, it is hard to say that the appearance is good. Moreover, all of the above-mentioned flooring materials have the disadvantage of being weak against impact and easily cracking, and once they crack, there is a risk of injuring the feet when walking.

The mesh body 2 may be a wire mesh having various mesh shapes such as a square mesh, a diamond mesh, a polygonal mesh, etc. (for example, a lath mesh, etc.), a synthetic resin non-woven net (for example, Trical Net manufactured by Takiron Co., Ltd., etc.), or various meshes. Fiber nets (e.g. organic fiber nets, carbon fiber nets, glass fiber nets, etc.)
can be used, and those with a mesh size of 7.5 to 5 meshes are particularly preferably used. If the mesh size is smaller than 7.5 mesh, it will be difficult to obtain a large anti-slip effect because the soles of the feet and footwear will not be able to fully penetrate into the mesh when walking;
If it is larger than the mesh, the proportion occupied by the convex portions will be too small and it will be difficult to generate sufficient frictional force, making it difficult to obtain a large anti-slip effect. In addition, if the net-like body 2 is fixed to the surface of the flooring body 1 with an adhesive or the like, the soft synthetic resin coating 3
There is no movement when covering the flooring material, so it can be manufactured efficiently, and the thermal expansion and contraction of the floor material body 1 can be significantly reduced by the mesh material (particularly in the case of a wire mesh material) 2. Furthermore, when using a wire mesh, it is desirable to use one that has been pre-rolled. Using unrolled wire mesh,
Because the intersection of the mesh threads is shaped like a dumpling,
As described later, the soft synthetic resin coating 3 is formed using a hot pressure roll.
This is because sufficient pressure may not be applied when thermocompression bonding the flooring material to the flooring main body 1, resulting in poor thermocompression bonding.

As for the method of providing the mesh body 2 on the surface of the floor material body 1, it is easiest and preferable to use a wire mesh or net as described above and overlap it on the surface of the body. The net-like body 2 may be provided by arranging the fibers in a desired net shape on the surface of the flooring main body 1.

Further, as the soft synthetic resin coating 3, for example, a coating made of soft polyvinyl chloride, acrylic resin, etc. is used, and a coating having a thickness in the range of 0.3 to 0.5 mm is particularly preferably used. If it is thinner than 0.3 mm, there is a risk that the mesh body 2 will be exposed in a relatively short period of time due to wear. Conversely, if it is thicker than 0.5 mm, the deformability will be reduced and it may be difficult to bond during thermocompression bonding. This is because the net-like body 2 is not sufficiently deformed so as to wrap around the net yarns, and therefore only an unclear concave-convex network pattern with little difference in concaves and convexities can be formed. In addition, to integrate the soft synthetic resin coating 3 with the flooring main body 1, a method of thermocompression bonding is usually used, but it may also be integrated using an adhesive or the like. The above-mentioned acrylic resin coating is desirable because it has particularly excellent weather resistance compared to other soft synthetic resin coatings, and since this acrylic resin coating becomes positively charged due to friction during walking, it can be used, for example, on the floor material itself. If 1 is made of a negatively charged synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, it becomes possible to neutralize static electricity and prevent static electricity.

That is, polyvinyl chloride or other thermoplastic synthetic resin is continuously extruded from the extrusion molding machine 5 to form the floor material body 1. Parallel to that, a long reticular body 2
Then, a long soft synthetic resin coating 3 is supplied to the surface of the flooring main body 1 via respective guide rolls 6 and 7, and is sandwiched from above and below between a support roll 8 and a hot pressure roll 9 to form the net-like body. 2 is pressed onto the surface of the flooring main body 1, and at the same time, the soft synthetic resin coating 3 is thermocompression bonded to the surface of the flooring main body 1 through a mesh so as to be integrated. Finally, the product is cut into a predetermined length.

In the above-described flooring material of the present invention, the net-like body 2 is provided on the surface of the flooring body 1, and the soft synthetic resin coating 3 covering this is connected to the surface of the flooring body 1 through the mesh of the net-like body 2. Since they are integrated and have a concavo-convex mesh pattern 4 formed on the surface, a good anti-slip effect can be obtained. That is, since the concave-convex mesh pattern 4 is a pattern that can be caught in any direction, the soft synthetic resin coating 3 can exhibit an anti-slip effect in any direction, and has a much larger coefficient of friction than hard resin.
Since the surface is covered with silica, combined with the good grip of the uneven net pattern, it has an extremely good anti-slip effect. Uneven net pattern 4
It looks beautiful and increases the product price. Also, if you use the mesh body 2 with different mesh shapes, you can easily change the uneven mesh pattern, so you can prepare a wide variety of products with different patterns. It is also possible to make selections that suit the customer's preferences. Furthermore, when such a net-like body 2 is provided, strength,
In particular, the impact resistance strength is improved, and even if an impact force is applied to the surface of the flooring material, the impact force is alleviated by the mesh body 2, so the flooring material will not easily crack, thus reducing the risk of foot injury. will also decrease dramatically. In addition, if an acrylic resin coating is used as in the example, even if the floor material body 1 is molded from a resin with poor weather resistance such as polyvinyl chloride, the weather resistance will be improved as described above, and the antistatic effect will be improved. There are also benefits to be gained.

As described above, the flooring material of the present invention has many remarkable effects and is extremely practical.
