However, this method has the trouble of applying adhesive to the back side of the flooring material or the floor surface at the stage of laying the flooring material. The problem is that the material cannot be easily removed from the floor surface, and when the floor material becomes damaged or worn, it cannot be easily replaced with a new one.

以下、図示例にしたがつて本考案を説明する。 The flooring material fixing jig according to the present invention is a pedestal whose both ends are held between the respective ends of two adjacent pieces of flooring material laid on the floor surface at a fixed interval and the floor surface. The gist is that a pair of pressing pieces that elastically abut separately on the end faces of each flooring material are integrally provided, and that the flooring material has a horizontal portion sandwiched between each end face of the flooring material. It is something that

A T-shaped rising wall 2 is provided on a flat pedestal 1, and a pair of elastically deformable pressing pieces 3, 3 are provided on the left and right sides of a horizontal portion 21 provided at the upper end of this rising wall 2. As clearly shown in the drawings, the pair of pressing pieces 3, 3 are configured to expand downward in their natural state. Such a jig A can be easily obtained by continuous extrusion molding of a material mainly made of synthetic resin such as polypropylene or polyvinyl chloride using a deformed mold, or it can be made of a metal material such as aluminum or iron. It is also possible to manufacture it by twisting it.

The jig A is fixed at a predetermined location on the floor surface 200 by fixing it with screws or other suitable means, and both ends 1a of the pedestal 1,

Since the elastic restoring force of the pressing piece 3 in contact with the pressing piece 1 and the elastic restoring force of the pressing piece 3 in contact with the opposite end face act in directions opposite to each other, the flooring material 100 is sandwiched between these pair of pressing pieces. It is held under pressure and fixed to the floor surface 200.

の治具間に嵌め込んで新旧交換を行う。 Normally, no force in the direction of peeling off the flooring 100 from the flooring 200 is applied to the flooring 100 fixed to the flooring 200 as shown in FIG.
00 will not peel off from the floor surface 200 or become misaligned. Further, the pedestal 1 of the jig A is sandwiched between two adjacent flooring materials 100, 100 and a floor surface 200 at both ends 1a, 1a, and the flooring material 1
00, 100 is the floor surface 2 due to the action of the pressing piece 3 of jig A.
Since it is fixed at 00, jig A is on the floor surface 200.
It will not be torn away from you. And flooring 1
00 is not attached to the floor surface 200 with adhesive. For example, the flooring 100 can be easily removed from the floor surface 200 by strongly lifting one side of the flooring 100 upwards and pulling the end surface 101 off the pressing piece 3 of the jig A. Therefore, when the flooring material 100 is damaged or worn out, the old flooring material 1 can be replaced in this way.
00 is removed and a new flooring material is fitted between a pair of jigs to replace the old with the new one.

Flooring material 10 is placed on a lattice frame made of jig A...
0, the flooring material 100 is attached to the floor surface 2.
00, elastic restoring forces in mutually opposing directions by the pair of pressing pieces explained in FIG. 3 act on the flooring 100 in the vertical and horizontal directions. Therefore, the flooring 100 in this case will be clamped from all sides by the jigs A, which are placed on both sides of the flooring 100 in the vertical direction and on both sides of the flooring 100 in the horizontal direction. , it becomes more securely fixed to the floor surface 200.

It must have enough rigidity to prevent it from shrinking or shrinking. In this sense, the floor material to be fixed using the above-mentioned jig is not suitable for a soft material with high elasticity, and must be a hard or semi-hard material. As a hard to semi-hard flooring material, for example, 50 to 350 parts of calcium carbonate to 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride,
10 to 40 parts of DOP as a plasticizer, 2 to 3 parts of a stabilizer,
Some contain a small amount of pigment.

When the end faces 101, 101 of the jig A are elastically abutted separately, reaction forces in opposite directions due to the abutment will act equally on both sides of the rising wall 2 of the jig A. Therefore, when the pedestal 1 of the jig A is fixed to the floor 200, the fixed state becomes stable, and there is an advantage that the rising wall 2 is not required to have great rigidity. In addition, the horizontal part 21 of the jig A is connected to the end surface 10 of the two flooring materials 100, 100.
1,101 and the end faces 101, 10 are sandwiched between each other.
Since the structure is such that the opposing interval between the two pieces does not become narrower than that, the pressing piece 3 will not be forced to deform inward by being pushed by the end face 101, and the amount of elastic deformation of the pressing piece 3 can be suppressed to a small value. Therefore, when the jig A is made of synthetic resin, the rigidity of the pressing piece 3 can be increased to
Even if the contact force against 01 is increased, the pressing piece 3 will not break or crack due to the above-mentioned unreasonable deformation. Furthermore, the height of the jig A is made to be flush with the surface of the flooring material 100 fixed to the floor surface 200, and the height of the two flooring materials 100, 100 on the upper part of the jig A is adjusted so that it is flush with the surface of the floor material 100 fixed to the floor surface 200. It is advantageous in terms of aesthetics, ease of walking, and other aspects to interpose another flooring material in the gap between the two.

The floor material 100 is fixed to the floor surface 200 in a clamped state by these pressing pieces. Two pieces of flooring material 1 formed on the top of a pair of pressing pieces 31, 31 of jig A
The cap 300 is installed in the gap between the caps 300 and 100, and the pair of left and right legs 301, 301 integrally provided on the cap 300 is inserted between the pair of pressing pieces 31, 31 described above. A pair of pressing pieces 3 are connected by the legs 301, 301.
1 and 31, the back-up force reliably prevents inward elastic deformation of the pressing pieces 31, which has the advantage of reliably preventing the flooring 100 from shifting laterally.

The effect is that you can easily replace old and new flooring materials, and if the pressing piece and horizontal part of the jig are placed inside the gap between two adjacent pieces of flooring material, the jig can easily replace old and new flooring materials. This has the effect of preventing a situation where it would protrude above the walking surface and interfere with walking.

Therefore, even if the pressing piece is pressed against the end surface of the flooring material, it will not be forcibly deformed inward, and the amount of elastic deformation of the pressing piece can be kept small. Therefore, especially when the jig is made of synthetic resin, even if the rigidity of the pressing piece is increased and the contact force against the end surface of the flooring material is increased, the pressing piece will not break or crack due to the above-mentioned forced deformation. This has the effect of improving the effect of fixing the floor material to the floor surface, and the fact that both ends of the pedestal of the jig are sandwiched between the fixed floor material and the floor surface. Not only that, but the jig itself also has the effect of being difficult to peel off from the floor surface.
