本考案は、湧水のある軟弱地や崩壊性地盤など
の土崩れのある地盤に電柱を建てるための穴を掘
削する際、土崩れ防止に用いる円筒管を、これに
穴掘建柱車に装着するアースドリルの押込力を均
一に伝えて土中へ押し込むようにするための治具

を直接ハンマー等で打撃することで押し込む方法
や、先行管を用いた電柱建入れ装置による方法が
