- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 放電極と集塵極間に高電圧を印加してコロナ放
電させ、ガス中のダストをイオン化させることに
よつて、集塵極にダストを捕集する電気集塵装置
において、 密閉された空間を有し且つ弾性のある集塵極と
、 前記集塵極を膨張させるための圧縮気体源と、 前記集塵極内の圧縮気体を外部に放出させ集塵
極を収縮させるための放出弁と、 を備え、前記集塵極の膨張収縮による振動によつ
て集塵極に捕集されたダストを剥離することを特
徴とする電気集塵装置。
