本発明は、海底或は水底に布設される送水管内への注水

慮して、布設に先だって予め送水管内に注水しておく方

[課題を解決するための手段]
本発明の要旨は、高位置に設けられたホーリングマシン
を通して送水管をコイル巻するに際し、コイル巻された
送水管とホーリングマシンの間の位置の高さに水槽を設
置し、更に送水管の先端を該水槽に接続してコイル巻さ

とにより、ホーリングマシンを越えて水が流出してしま

チック送水管4は、ホーリングマシン5を通して順次コ
イル巻されるが、このときコイル巻にされたプラスチッ
ク送水管3とホーリングマシン5との間の位置に設置さ
れた水槽1に任意の注水管2を介してプラスチック送水
管4の先端を接続して、コイル巻されたプラスチック送
水管3内に順次注水する。6は水槽内水面であり、7は

布設時に該送水管が捩れたり変形したりすることが殆ど
なくなると共に、海底・水底布設時に浮力を受けて布設
