前段にロールプレスを配置し、原料を上記ロール
プレスによつて粗砕し上記チユーブミル設備によ
つて微粉砕する粉砕設備において、上記エアーセ
パレータによつて一次分級された粗粉をさらに粗
粒側部分と細粒側部分とに分離する二次セパレー
タを設けるとともに、同二次セパレータで分離さ
れた粗粒側部分を上記ロールプレスへ、細粒側部
分を上記チユーブミルへ、それぞれ戻す系路を設
