Description
この考案は、陳列用パネルに用いられるカバー
部材の改良に関する。

商品陳列用のパネルとして、その表面に水平方
向へ延びる上下複数段のアングル状直立フランジ
を一体形成して、該フランジにフツクを引つ掛け
るようにした構成のものは、特開昭47−4728号公
報等によつて既に知られている。
斯かるパネルは、それ自体の装飾的要素が強く
要求されるにも拘わらず、室内壁面等に複数のパ
ネルを接続状態に張設した際、それら相互の接続
部が表出する結果となつて装飾的効果が損なわれ
る。
特に、前記パネルをビス止めした場合、該ビス
の頭部が数多く露出するため、商品価値が著しく
低下する。
また、パネル相互の接続にあたつて、隣合つた
パネル相互の被接続端部を巻込む場合、該巻込作
業に相当な手間がかかるのみならず、巻込工具等
によつてパネル表面を傷つける惧れもある。
そこで、パネルの上下両端に係合部を設け、該
係合部を相互に掛止めて上下に隙間なく連結する
構成が考えられるが、その場合に最上段に張設さ
れたパネルの上端は係合部が外側から露出して装
飾性を損なう虞れがある。
また最上段のフランジで囲繞された上向開放溝
にはゴミや埃が溜り不衛生となる虞れがある。
そこで、本考案者は、実開昭57−16849号に係
る陳列用パネルのカバー部材において、第５図に
示す如く陳列用パネルのパネル基板に形成された
係合部２Ａに係脱可能な掛止部１０ｈと、該掛止
部１０ｈから前方に延びて該掛止部１０ｈを陳列
用パネルの係合部２Ａに掛止めた際に陳列用パネ
ルの前記上向開放溝６の上方を覆う頂壁部１０ａ
と、該頂壁部１０ａの先端側で垂下する表出前面
壁部１０ｂと、該表出前面壁部１０ｂの下方に連
設すると共に前記掛止部１０ｈを陳列用パネルの
係合部に掛止めた際に前記上向開放溝６に挿入可
能な幅に設定された嵌込片部１０ｃとからなる陳
列用パネルのカバー部材１０の考案を開示した。
尚、図中においてカバー部材以外の構成は後述
の本実施例と同一であるので同一構成については
同一符号を付しその説明を省略する。
この考案により、上記欠点は解消され、上向開
放端を閉止すると共に装飾性を高めることができ
た。
しかしながら、上記構成では、カバー部材を上
向開放溝に嵌込むために天井等と陳列用パネルと
の間に一定のクリアランスを形成しておく必要が
ある。
即ち、第５図に示す如く、カバー部材１０を陳
列パネル１′に嵌込むには、天井Ｃ等の高さ方向
の制限位置から、少なくともカバー部材１０の全
長分だけ下ろしてフランジ４1の上端位置を配置
しなければならない。
従つてカバー部材１０を陳列パネル１′に嵌込
んだ後に天井Ｃとカバー部材１０上端との間に隙
間が生じ被取付面が露出し装飾性を損なう欠点が
ある。

以下にこの考案の陳列用パネルのカバー部材の
好適一実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。
陳列用パネル１は、平板状のパネル基板２と、
該基板表面から突出する上下複数段のリブ３1〜
３oと、該リブのそれぞれの先端に連設されたフ
ランジ４1〜４oとからなつて、アルミニウムの如
き軽金属等で形成された一体構造体になつてい
る。
この陳列用パネル１において、リブ３1〜３oは
それぞれが水平方向に連続して延び且つ上下方向
に定間隔で列した配列構成になつている。
一方、フランジ４1〜４oは、それぞれの長手方
向に沿つた裏面中央部が前記リブ３1〜３oのそれ
ぞれの先端に一体連設されてパネル基板２の表面
と離間平行し、上下方向に定間隔で同一面上に列
している。
従つて、各フランジ４1〜４oは、パネル基板２
の表面との間で各リブ３1〜３oのそれぞれの上下
部に上向開放溝部６と下向開放溝部７とを形成し
ている。
また、前記フランジ４1〜４oは、それらの相互
間で開口して隣合つた上向開放溝部６と下向開放
溝部７とに通じる横長開口部５をも形成してい
る。
該横長開口部５の縦幅は、公知の陳列品保持用
フツクの掛止部が挿脱可能で且つフランジ４1〜
４oのそれぞれの縦幅の2/5以下の長さに設定する
ことが美観上好ましい（構造的に特に限定するも
のでないことは勿論である）。
これによつて陳列用パネル１の表面における装
飾性を高めることができる。
図示例のパネル基板２の場合、上端縁部が最上
段のフランジ４1で隠れない位置まで延出してお
り、該延出端部先端には係止部の一例を示す段差
壁部２Ａが形成されている。
この段差壁部２Ａは第３図および第４図で明瞭
な如く、パネル基板２の裏面で長手方向に沿つて
後述の下方係止部２Ｂの板厚相当分だけ陥没した
段差状に一体形成してある。
該段差壁部２Ａは、パネル基板２を壁面や柱、
什器等の被取付面Ｗに張設した際に、該被取付面
Ｗとの間でパネル連結用の溝部１３を形成させる
ためのものである。
また、前記パネル基板２の上縁側表面部には、
段差壁部２Ａに沿つてビス止め用穴あけ用の溝部
８が形成してある。
一方、前記パネル基板２の下端は、最下段フラ
ンジ４oのリブ３oの近傍に位置して最下段フラン
ジ４oで隠れるように長さが設定されている。
本実施例では、この下端先端の下端縁部２Ｂは
表面側が下方に沿つて幅狭に傾斜するテーパ面に
形成されており、前記段差壁部２Ａにより形成さ
れるパネル連結用の溝部１３に嵌込可能な下方係
止部となつている。
また、各フランジ４1〜４oの表面には、それぞ
れの長手方向に連続して延び且つ上下方向に小間
隔を存して列する複数の装飾用溝９が形成してあ
る。
以上の如き構成の陳列用パネル１は、複数枚の
ものが上下に（必要に応じ左右にも）継ぎ合わさ
れて取付けられる。
本実施例において、カバー部材２０は、この取
付状態における最上位パネル基板２の上縁部を覆
うものである。
該カバー部材２０は、上部がパネル基板２の段
差壁部２Ａに引つ掛けられ、かつ下部がパネル基
板２の最上段のフランジ４1とリム３1で形成され
た最上段の上向開放溝部６に嵌込整合される構成
となつている。
即ち、該カバー部材２０は、前記陳列用パネル
１のパネル基板２に形成された段差壁部２Ａに係
脱可能な掛止部２０ｈと、該掛止部２０ｈから前
方に延びて該掛止部２０ｈを陳列用パネル１の段
差壁部２Ａに掛止めた際に最上段の上向開放溝部
６の上方を覆う頂壁部２０ａと、該頂壁部２０ａ
の先端側で垂下して表出前面壁部２０Ｂの一部と
なる正面壁部２０ｂと、正面壁部２０ｂの下方に
連設して内側にむかつて漸次傾斜するテーパ面部
２０ｆと、該テーパ面部２０ｆの下方で略垂直方
向に延設すると共に前記掛止部２０ａを陳列用パ
ネルの段差壁部２Ａに掛止めた際に前記最上段の
上向開放溝部６に挿入可能な幅に設定された嵌込
片部２０ｃとから構成されている。
このカバー部材２０は、第１図で詳細な如く、
掛止部２０ｈは、陳列パネルの下方係止部となる
下端縁部２Ｂと同一構成からなつており、裏面が
扁平で表面側が下方に沿つて幅狭に傾斜するテー
パ面に形成されて、前記段差壁部２Ａにより形成
されるパネル連結用の溝部１３に嵌込可能な形状
から構成されている。
また、頂壁部２０ａは、最上段の上向開放溝部
６の横幅より稍長く（ｌ）設定されているので、
掛止部２０ｈを段差壁部２Ａに係止した際、該頂
壁部２０ａの先端から垂下する前記正面壁部２０
ｂ乃至テーパ面部２０ｆはパネル基板２の最上段
フランジ４1の上方延長部分にて該フランジ４1に
隣合うよう形成されている。
またテーパ面部２０ｆの下方に一体に連設され
る嵌込片部２０ｃは、掛止部１０ｈ乃至その垂下
線と前記正面壁部２０ｂとの間の幅ｌを狭くする
方向（背面側）へ向かつて前記テーパ面部２０ｆ
を介して正面壁部２０ｂと段違い平行状に一体形
成されている。
該嵌込片部２０ｃは、本実施例では、裏側に向
かつて湾曲状に折返された略Ｕ状からなつて、そ
の幅は前記最上段の上向開放溝部６に僅かな隙間
を介して嵌込可能な長さに設定してある。
もつて、前記嵌込片部２０ｃは上向開放溝部６
への嵌込時に該溝内でガタが生じることがなくカ
バー部材２０の係合状態を確実にすることができ
る。
また嵌込片部２０ｃは、最上段のフランジ４1
の裏面で衝合するのでカバー部材２０に手前方向
の力が加わつても容易に外れる虞れがない。
上記の如く構成されるカバー部材２０は、２種
類の合成樹脂材（本実施例では２種類の塩化ビニ
ール）から成型されており、テーパ面部２０ｆに
対応する個所に軟質の塩化ビニールが用いられ、
その他の個所（掛止部２０ｈ、頂壁部２０ａ、正
面壁部２０ｂ及び嵌込片部２０ｃ）には硬質の塩
化ビニールが用いられており、換言すれば、軟質
の塩化ビニールを両側から挟む格好で硬質の塩化
ビニールが用いられて公知の成型方法により一体
に成型されている。
尚、本実施例に用いられる陳列用パネル１を壁
面Ｗに取付ける場合について説明する。
パネル張設にあたつては、予め各パネル１のビ
ス止め穴あけ用溝部８における適当間隔の選定個
所にキリ等でビス穴８ａをあけておく。
そして、最初に一枚のパネル１が張設される。
その張設は、パネル基板２の上端側を前記被取付
面Ｗに対しビス穴８ａを介してビス１２で止着す
ることにより簡単に遂行される。該止着状態で
は、パネル基板２の上端側の段差壁部２Ａと被取
付面Ｗとの間に上向きの溝部１３が形成されてい
る。
この状態では陳列用パネル１の基板上縁側と、
パネルを止着しているビス１２の頭部が露出して
いるため、このままではパネル全体の美観が損な
われる。
そこで、前記パネル１の最上段フランジ４1で
形成された上向開放溝部６にカバー部材２０の嵌
込片部２０ｃを嵌込整合させ、テーパ面部２０ｆ
を外向に湾曲させて頂壁部２０ａ乃至掛止部２０
ｈを小径で陳列パネル１側に嵌込み移動すれば、
高さ方向に少ないスペーサでカバー部材の掛止部
１０ｈを前記パネル１の段差壁部２Ａに引つ掛け
ることができる（第４図参照）。
もつて、パネル１の基板上縁部とビス１２の頭
部が全てカバー部材１０で覆い隠されるため、前
記パネル１の最上段フランジ４1から上方に延出
するパネル基板２の露出部分がなくなつて、接続
パネル全体の美観が向上すると共に、最上段のパ
ネル１に嵌込まれたカバー部材２０によつて、天
井Ｃと上記最上段のパネル１との間の隙間は、殆
どカバー部材２０により覆われて被取付面Ｗが露
出することがない。
この考案において、カバー部材が用いられる陳
列用パネルは前記実施例に限定されないのは勿論
であり、リブの先端から上方にのみフランジが延
出する断面Ｌ状の構造のものであると、本実施例
の如く断面横倒Ｔ状のものであるとを問わない。
また、上記実施例では、表出前面壁部を二分し
て下方のテーパ面部を弾性又は可撓性の材質で形
成したが、正面壁部を含む表出前面壁部全体を弾
性又は可撓性の材質で形成してもよい。
更に、表出前面壁部の具体的な形状は上記実施
例に限定されるものでないこと勿論であり、要す
るに、表出前面壁部で嵌込片部の上方に連設され
る部分が弾性又は可撓性を有する構成であればよ
い。
また、カバー部材の掛止部に形成される係止構
造も特に限定されるものでなく、陳列用パネルに
形成された係止部に係脱可能に掛止める構造のも
のであればよい。
