[Prior art and its problems] The conventional upper frame of a glass case for dolls is as follows:
For example, as shown in Fig. 9, blank frame members a are joined together in a picture frame shape using a joining member b, etc. to form a rectangular frame, and a glass insertion groove c is formed on the underside of each frame member a. At the same time, a fitting hole d smaller than the outer diameter of the column is provided at the corner of the frame, and a small fitting part f formed at the upper end of the column member e is fitted into this fitting hole d to be supported on the upper part. There is something that I tried to do.

However, with such a configuration, not only is it troublesome to join the picture frame shape using the joining member b etc.
Since the small fitting part f must be formed at the upper end of the column member c, the machining is troublesome, and there is a drawback that the length of the column member e cannot be easily changed.

(Means for solving the problem) Reference numeral 1 is a cylindrical body, 2 is a lower side, and 3 is an upper side. A first support wall member 4 and a pair of second support wall members 6, 6' constituting the glass insertion space 5 are moved from the lower side 2 toward the upper side, with their upper ends meeting the upper side 3. They are formed to protrude continuously in the axial direction so as to form a gap 7 therebetween. The pair of second support wall members 6, 6' may be connected at their upper ends by a member 8 as shown in FIG. 2b, or may not be connected as shown in FIG. 2a and others. That is, the cylindrical body 1 may have a structure in which a portion is cut out. This cylindrical body 1 is a component B of a rectangular upper frame A.
The cylindrical body 1 may have the horizontal piece 9 on the side of the first support wall member 4 on the outside as shown in the figure, or may be formed on the inside depending on the case. Thus, each component B is formed at an angle of 45° on both sides to form a frame-like joint C, and the lower piece 2 has a notch line inscribed in the first support wall member 4. 10, followed by a cutout line 10' perpendicular to the second support wall members 6, 6'. Here, the four constituent members B making up the upper frame A are the third
They can all be configured independently as shown in Figure a, or
As shown in FIG. 3b, the outer side pieces 9 of adjacent structural members B may be constructed integrally.

(Function) In the above configuration, a method of constructing the upper frame A using the component B of the present invention will be explained. First, in the adjacent constituent members B, B, the open ends forming the frame-shaped joint C are opposed to each other, and the space formed by the above-mentioned interval 7 is extended from these open ends to each other. A common joint member 12 is fitted to form a frame-shaped joint portion C. When the constituent members B and B are independent members, the shape of the joining member 12 can be an L-shape as shown in FIG. 4a,
Further, as mentioned above, when the adjacent structural members B and B are integrated by the side pieces 9, the shape can be made as shown in Fig. 4b, and the shape is such that it spans the respective spaces. Any shape is suitable as long as it can form a frame-shaped joint C.

After forming the frame-shaped joint part C as described above, for example, when the constituent members B and B are independent, adhesive is applied to the joint member 12 from the appropriate place of the lower piece 2 of each of the adjacent parts. The structural members B, B can be joined by a frame-shaped joining part C. Incidentally, when the constituent members B and B are integrated as described above, fixing with an adhesive may be omitted. Thus, the upper frame A can be constructed by performing the above-described joining operation between the other adjacent structural members B, B.

When the upper frame A is configured as described above, a glass insertion groove formed by the glass insertion space 5 is formed on the lower side of the upper frame A along the lower side 2 of the component B, and communicates with these. A strut insertion opening 13 is formed at each corner by the notch 11, and at the same time, inside the strut insertion opening 13, the first

Thus, the support 1 is inserted into the support insertion opening 13 and fixed with adhesive applied to the support wall member 4, etc.
4, the upper end is connected to the joining member 12 as shown in FIG.
and the upper periphery of the first,
It is supported and stably supported by the support wall formed by the second support wall members 4, 6, 6'. That is, the upper frame A is stably supported by the pillars 14 which are appropriately protruded from the lower underframe D. Pillar 1
By forming a glass insertion groove 15 at a location corresponding to the glass insertion space (groove) 5, the side glass 16 can be inserted and supported so that the edge is not visible. Further, the upper glass 16' placed on the upper frame A can be placed by configuring the upper frame A as described above and then attaching a separate mounting support frame (not shown) with adhesive or the like. However, as shown in the figure, a recess 1 is formed in advance on the edge of the upper side 2 of the cylindrical body 1.
7, the placement support part can be formed together with the formation of the upper frame A.

As mentioned above, the method of protruding the support columns 14 on the lower frame D is arbitrary. For example, the support columns 14 may be supported in the same manner as the support method of the support columns 14 on the upper frame A in addition to the examples shown below. Also good. Referring to the configuration of the illustrated example, the reference numeral 18 denotes a lower frame member which is shaped like a frame by a frame-shaped joint C', similar to the upper frame A, and this lower frame member 18 has a mounting portion for the bottom plate 19. 20, a glass insertion groove 21, a support piece portion 22 of the column 14,

(Effects of the invention) As described above, the present invention extends the first support wall member and the pair of second support wall members constituting the glass insertion space from the lower side of the cylindrical body to the upper side. The upper end is formed to protrude continuously in the axial direction so as to form a gap with the upper piece, and this is used as a component of a quadrangular upper frame, and each component has a frame-shaped joint on both sides. Form it at 45° so as to form
Furthermore, the lower piece is formed with a notch consisting of a notch line inscribed in the first supporting wall member and a notch line that is perpendicular to the second supporting wall member, so that the adjacent the opening ends of the constituent members facing each other,
When the upper frame is constructed by fitting a common joining member so as to span the respective spaces formed by the above-mentioned intervals from these opening ends, a glass insertion groove and a glass insertion groove are formed on the underside of the upper frame. A column insertion hole is formed at each corner, and a support wall corresponding to the circumference of the column is formed by the first and second support wall members inside the column insertion hole, and supports the column stably. In other words, there is an effect that the upper frame can be stably supported by the pillars.

Furthermore, since the present invention does not require forming a small fitting part on the upper part of the support, the length of the support can be easily changed by simply cutting the support.
