この考案は、圧電トランスジユーサを備えた機
械振動部、結合部およびフレーム部を一体形成し
た圧電振動子をケースに収納した圧電振動部品に

(従来の技術)
上述のような構造の圧電振動部品は、たとえば
特開昭59−61934号公報に記載されている。この
ような圧電振動部品の要部を第2図に示す。図に
おいて、1は圧電振動子で、機械振動部2、結合
部3およびフレーム部4はエリンバー等の恒弾性
金属で一体形成され、機械振動部2の一方表面、
結合部3の一方表面およびフレーム部4の一方表
面の一部に連続してZnO等の圧電薄膜5が形成さ
れており、さらにそれらの上に電極膜6が形成さ
れている。電極膜6は駆動電極6a、引出し電極
6b、端子接続電極6cからなつている。このよ
うな構造の圧電振動子1では、エリンバーに駆動
電極6aと対となる駆動電極機能をもたせている
ため、フレーム部4の所定の部位に外部接続端子
7を溶接することにより電気的接続と機械的な保
持、固定を実現している。端子接続電極6cと外
部接続端子8とはボンデイングワイヤ9で接続し
ている。なお、10は振動空間確保のためのスペ
ーサでケース(図示せず)の一部である。しかし
このような構成だと、振動子自体が薄肉化し、小
形化するにつれ、溶接時の位置ずれ、溶接圧力や
塑性変形、溶接火花(飛散片)の付着などが問題
になつてきて、振動子の小形、高精度化の壁とな
