It is desired to reduce this. Conventionally, in order to reduce this collision noise, as shown in FIG. It has been proposed that the piston 37 is fixedly attached to the rod 36 so as to be freely protruding and retractable, and a housing 38 surrounds the piston 37 to form an air damper 39, or that the rod 36 is supported by a buffer spring 40.

The bobbin 32 is likely to vibrate from side to side, which generates noisy vibration noise, and the cylindrical portion 33 of the bobbin 32 often wears out. In addition, especially in the case of an AC solenoid, the plunger 41
tended to cause chatter vibration during the buffer stroke. Also, fitting the rod 36 into the fixed core 35 is as follows:
This is not preferable because it reduces the magnetic path of the fixed iron core 35.

Since the stopper is connected to the exposed end of the plunger, the plunger suction force by the fixed iron core and the braking force of the plunger acting through the stopper act in a manner that pulls the plunger at both ends, so that the plunger is vibration is suppressed, and noise and wear caused by this vibration are suppressed.

It collides with surface 5. Since the speed of the plunger 2 is relatively small since it is in the middle of its stroke, and the collision receiver 4 is elastically supported by the buffer spring 15, the collision noise between the stopper 1 and the collision receiver 4 is small. In the buffer stroke in which the plunger 2 is further attracted to the fixed iron core 7, the intermediate portion 6 of the collision receiver 4
is magnetically attracted to the side surface 7a of the fixed iron core 7, a frictional force is generated between the side surface 7a and the sliding surface 10, and a buffering force is further applied by the buffering spring 15, so the collision receiver 4 The plunger 2 is attracted to the fixed iron core 7 while receiving power and therefore also receiving a braking force. As the plunger 2 approaches the fixed iron core 7, the resistance force of the buffer spring 15 increases, so the plunger 2 is attracted to the fixed iron core 7 while receiving a larger braking force. Therefore, the collision noise of the plunger 2 against the fixed iron core 7 is reduced. When the coil 17 is de-energized after attraction, the plunger 2 is separated from the fixed core 7 due to the spring force of the buffer spring 15 and external load, and the collision receiver 4 is also released from being attracted to the fixed core 7. The force of the buffer spring 15 returns it to the illustrated protruding position.

The stopper 1 may be made of metal and an elastic material such as synthetic resin or rubber may be attached to the collision surface of the collision receiver, or the stopper 1 may be made of an elastic metal material such as a spring material. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, since the collision receiver 4 is made of a magnetic material, it has the advantage of preventing chatter vibration during the buffer stroke of the plunger 1 due to the attraction force of the collision receiver 4 to the fixed iron core 7. case, plunger shape and bobbin 16
In cases where chatter vibration is not a problem due to the material of the collision receiver 4, the collision receiver 4 may be made of a non-magnetic material.

This figure shows a structure in which the embodiment is fixedly installed, and other points have the same structure as the embodiment shown in FIG. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the impact sound of the plunger against the fixed iron core without generating noise or wear caused by the above-mentioned vibrations.
