Next, to explain the effect of the above example, first,
As shown in Figures 1, 3, and 6, the support frame 16
is in the upright position, and remove the pin 41 from the engagement recess a of the bracket 33 using the lever 40, and then remove the pin 41 from the cradle 28.
The back support part 28a, the waist support part 28b, and the leg support part 28c are expanded to a substantially horizontal state, and the pin 41 is

Next, if the bed is low, such as a home bed, and the bed legs are short and the height from the floor is low, leaving the rear wheels 9 and 12 as they are will help prevent these. Since it is not possible to crawl into the bottom of the bed, in such a case, rotate the rotary handle 7 to rotate the shaft and tilt the rear left and right wheels 9, 12 by twisting them 90 degrees as shown in Fig. 12.

Next, when the vehicle platform 1 is pushed under the bed 75 from the right side of the vehicle platform 1, the pedestal 28 moves so as to skim the top surface of the bed 75. At this time, the pedestal 28 is located on the upper surface of approximately 1/2 or more from the left side of the horizontal width of the bed 75. Incidentally, at this time, it is preferable that the disabled person A is turned over in advance as shown by the imaginary line in FIG.

When the stopper pedal 22 is depressed in this state, the locking protrusion 23 comes off from the rocking body 20, and therefore,
The support frame 16 is tilted as shown in FIG. 7 due to the load of the pedestal 28, and the right end side of the pedestal 28 comes into contact with the upper surface of the bed 75. In another method, the disabled person A may be left in the position shown in FIG. 6, and the pedestal 28 may be tilted so as to slightly penetrate into the lower surface of the disabled person A.

In this way, after the movable sheet 59 is laid on the back side of the person in the rolled-over state, the person is released from the rolled-over state and the head, back, and waist of the disabled person are placed on the movable sheet 59. Since the legs are not so heavy, one foot at a time is placed on the leg receiver 28c in advance.

Next, when the winding handle 54 is rotated in the opposite direction to that described above, the winding bands 60a, 61a, 62a, and 61a are wound up as shown in FIG. The handicapped person A placed on the pedestal 28 is moved without difficulty while lying on the pedestal 28. Next, depress pedal stick 21,
The support frame 16 is operated to be in an upright position as shown in FIG. 9, and the pedestal 28 is operated to be in a horizontal position. Then, the pedestal 28 rises slightly from the upper surface of the bed 75. In this state, the right armrest 69 is restored to its original position, and the vehicle chassis 1 is slowly pulled out from the bottom of the bed 75. At this time, the cradle 28 on which the disabled person A is placed also comes off the bed 75.

The wheels of the chassis 1 of the above embodiment include caster-type left and right front wheels 5, 5 that can freely rotate 360 degrees on both left and right sides of the front side, and left and right wheels 9, 12 on the rear side.
Although the wheels have a special configuration that rotates 90 degrees and tilts forward, there is no need for such a special configuration, and all wheels may be constructed of caster type wheels. As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the rear part of the chassis 1 also has a vertical frame 3 and a rear horizontal frame 4 that are approximately T-shaped in plan view. Wheels 76, 76 to which the wheels 9a, 12a can be freely attached are pivotally connected by pins 77, 77, and arms 78, 79 integrally fixed to the wheels 76, 76 are attached to the rear horizontal frame 4. Rods 83 and 84 are mounted on both sides of a balance rod 82 which is rotatably provided on the attached bracket 80 via a vertical shaft 81.
When the balance rod 82 is operated by a lever 85, the pair of wheels 9a, 12a can be operated to face forward or diagonally or sideways. The base may be rotatably mounted, and the locking frame 86 may be configured to engage and hold the wheel in a vertical, horizontal or even diagonal position. Furthermore, this lever 85 is provided with a wheel 9a.
If a sandwich body 87 is provided as shown in the figure, it is extremely convenient to engage the wheel 9a from above as shown in FIG. 17 and brake the rotation of the wheel 9a.
