本考案は一成分トナーを用いた複写機のトナー

(従来技術)
従来の複写機のトナーリサイクル装置は、リサ
イクルパイプにより排出トナーを現像ユニツトの
中央部又はその近傍に単に落下するものがあつた
が、落下した部分のトナー濃度が撹拌不足の為に
高くなり、その位置に対応してコピー上に地肌汚
れが発生し、画像品質を著しく低下させるという

(構成)

ルト6、転写チヤージヤー7、分離チヤージヤー
8、レジストローラ9、現像ユニツト10が配設
されている。11はクリーニングユニツト5の排
トナーの排出パイプで排出コイル12が内部に介
装されている。13はリサイクルパイプで一端が
前記排出パイプ11に連通し、他端は現像ユニツ
ト10内に配設され、内部には本体駆動部に連動
して駆動される排出コイル14が介装されてい
る。現像アジテータ15により撹拌されたトナー
16はパドルホイール17により現像スリーブ1
8に供給されドクター19により一定量に規制さ
れ、規制されたトナーは仕切板20上を経由して
アジテータ15部に還流する。仕切板20には落
